The property is awesome. Sunrise views, close enough to the National Park yet far enough away from all the craziness. I would highly recommend. Enjoyed watching all the lobster fishermen in the bay as well.
Beautiful clean cottage with so much to do right within the area Hiking sailing great restaurants scenery shopping parkour for seniors was great on the rocks Ocean was a great temp for icing elderly joints Perfect set up for starry night viewing as well as sunrise and sunset !!Easy to grab groceries from Hannafords Definitely will visit again
The house was very clean and the yard and the view were amazing!! Perfect spot for our family vacation. We really enjoyed watching the lobster boats every morning from the back yard. We saw loons, deer, and a seal. We even saw a moose downtown Corea. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the included boardgames. Plenty of blankets to use at night. Would highly recommend.
Spent Thanksgiving with our college kids at the house. House had everything we needed for a family gathering. Location was beautiful and house is well cared for.
Great quiet spot right on the water. A group of six friends had a great relaxing weekend away watching sunrises/sunsets, walking the coastline and just enjoying the cosy, quaint space. Perfect weekend getaway to recharge and connect with each other.
Enjoyed being on the Schoodick peninsula in a quieter area than Bar Harbor . An easy hour drive to Acadia which was beautiful. Took the ferry from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor which was fun . Lobsters fresh from the boat in Corea and oysters just down the street . The view from the property was amazing.
Our stay at this property was awesome! The home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The amenities are excellent, the views are spectacular, and the location is fabulous. The area has so much beauty and a variety of attractions. We enjoyed our time in the area and the home was part of what made our trip so great. We would visit the area again and would definitely stay at this property again.
Pictures can't do this house justice. House was very clean, with a beautiful view of the water. In a very quiet location...perfect for relaxing. Easy day trip to bar harbor/Acadia National Park. We definitely will be coming back in the future!
Very spacious and clean with a very large kitchen and living area. Large yard with fire pit, BBQ grill and a double chair positioned on waters's edge, so you can watch lobster and other boats. Thanks!
Beautiful, we loved everything about this property. Every room clean and comfortable. Plenty of extra supplies of whatever you need. View is spectacular. Owners were great at contacting and answered right away.
This house was the perfect spot for my family of seven to vacation to Maine and visit Acadia National Park. I did not want to be right in the middle of the busyness of the park traffic, and this was far enough away but not too far (only 30 minutes to Schoodic Point). The property was clean and spacious and the yard was amazing for the kids to play outside, check out the tide pools, etc. Very highly recommend!!
This is our second stay here. Our friends joined us this year. We all loved the beautiful view. The house is well appointed fir a comfortable stay. The twin beds are a bit uncomfortable for adults. May be adequate for children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Just a fantastic location, beautiful views of the bay, super quiet and peaceful. My 18 year old sons loved it there. The house is cute and well-cared for. The beds are quite firm, so if you prefer soft beds, you might want to bring some foam pads. The kitchen is basic but functional. Josh was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful home and property in a gorgeous part of Maine. The house is comfortable and well-equipped with plenty of space for a family. The view every morning is outstanding, and so nice to watch the moon rise from the firepit. My kids had fun exploring the tide pools. The location is remote, but it's easy to get to area attractions, especially Acadia (and the Schoodic side of Acadia is much less busy and therefore very peaceful). The owner is very responsive and helpful. Good restaurants and ice cream in the area. All in all, this is an excellent property and a great value!
