House (~ 90m2) in La Lette (Between St Julien en Born and Contis-Plage) for 8 people. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room / TV, 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds of 140, plus a 4th room "children" with two beds 90 (one in height). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Large garden (> 1000m2) fenced.
Contis Beach at 5,7km. Bike path and bus shuttle at 75m. The shuttle runs in July and August. It brings you directly and free to the beach of Contis. She can also take you to St Julien, Lit et Mixe and Cap de l'Homy.
Shops in Contis, Saint Julien, and the campsite Lette (200m).
Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer 4 *, dishwasher.
For the comfort of all, we ask you not to smoke in the house. It is possible to smoke outside (terraces, garden).

Les plus : propriétaires sympatiques et accueillants, proche plage et pistes cyclables, logement complet (literie, ustensiles de cuisine...)
Les moins : accolé à camping extrêmement bruyant (musique à fond et animation tous les soirs) + route très passagère (impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes même à 2 heures du matin).

Ferienhaus statt Camping
Das Haus ist sehr schön, liebevoll gepflegt und gut organisiert.
Der nahe gelegene Campingplatz hat ein großes Animationsangebot, von morgens bis in die Nacht, das hat gerade in den Morgenstunden und spätabends sehr gestört,
Die Nähe zur Straße war ebenfalls mit einer ordentlichen Lärmbelastung, gerade nachts zu beklagen.
Das war einer der Gründe, nicht auf den Campingplatz zu gehen, die ganztägige Animation….
Toll die gut Anbindung an den Strand und die umliegenden Gemeinden. Der Radweg war sehr gut zu nutzen, Bei Dunkelheit wäre eine Beleuchtung gut, durch die entgegenkommenden Fahrzeuge wird man sehr geblendet.

Très agréable
Séjour parfait malgré une météo pas au top toute la semaine. Grâce à la grange aucun repas à l'intérieur même les 2 jours de pluie. Propriétaires sérieux et sympa. Très belle location
