Beautiful Beach Condo on the Monterey Bay - Gorgeous Ocean Views

Come enjoy our updated Shorebirds beach condo at Pajaro Dunes Resort. Our home is new to the rental market with awesome new owners who love the beach and can't wait to share their home with you! Our home is beautifully decorated with unbelievable ocean views. This condo feels like home, a perfect beach escape for couples, families and friends to enjoy. Our condo is fully equipped with new furniture, including a brand new sofa. We are in a private gated community close to shopping, golf, and miles of beach to explore.

Our home is on the third level. This condo faces Santa Cruz which lets you experience spectacular sunsets. Step out your patio door and listen to the ocean waves. There are ramps up to the first and second level. For third level condos, there are about 10 steps up to our home. There is a King bed in the master and a Queen & Bunk bed in the guest room. Great for a family getaway or couples retreat!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Please be advised the fireplace in this home cannot be used until further notice.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

An adorable hideaway

It was exactly what the doctor ordered - a quiet escape from the noise of everyday life. I was looking for a clean, quiet spot with a view of the ocean and that is exactly what we got. And the property also comes with a gift shop. You can't go wrong if there's a giftshop involved!

Beautiful condo with great ocean views!

The condo was great especially the view Watched dolphins swim by in the morning while we enjoyed our breakfast! The beach access is only a few steps away too. Will rent here again.

We loved the condo! The beach was a short walk and felt very private and secluded. The office had everything we needed including boogie boards, tennis rackets and volleyballs. We would love to visit again!

Everything on the online listing is accurate! Beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Just a very short walk to the beach where every morning was a treasure hunt of shells and nature! Short distance to surrounding towns and attractions. Would rent again!

Great Condo with lovely views.

Great condo, front windows were covered in bird droppings which we had to stair at for the time we were there. The step up to get into the show in the hall bathroom is quite high I would recommend a step stool. Add wash cloths to the show towel sets. Overall nice unit.

Skunks

We’ve been coming to Pajaro Dunes for years. This was the first year that the property was over run with skunks and raccoons. We were so afraid of being sprayed by a skunk. They need to do something about that.

Very nice place

We arrived in the dark and it was a little intimidating on the roads. Once we found the gate it was almost impossible to find the building letter and the stairway to our condo. I could use more lighting and better lit building numbers/letters

Enjoyed the stay with few exceptions.

This place had everything we needed for the kitchen. The view and location were amazing. The only takeaways were the dust all over the kitchen when we arrived, ant traps on the counter where the children could reach them, and damp towels left in the dryer. Otherwise, if they do a better job cleaning, then this place is excellent.

Amazing location!

My family and I couldn’t have been happier with our visit. The condo was incredibly clean and the ocean view was amazing. We went fourth of July weekend and the fireworks outside the window was a huge bonus! Beach front property with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back 👍🙂
