New high-end complex overlooking Lake Annecy. Apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. It is 2 steps from the city center, the beach, the pool, the port on foot. There is a large garage with automatic door and a bike room. Bedding of very high range.(TEMPUR in the master bedroom) Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker provide capsules virtuo. + classic coffee maker (coffee and filters available)
The Conciergerie du Lac will take care of your welcome by providing beautiful bedding and bath linen. A room with a double bunk bed that a carpenter made with old wood type refuge. Top mattress of comfortable master bedroom (tempur mattress) which includes a large dressing room. Bathroom with bathtub. WC with washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, raclette service, deep fryer, griddle ... Loggia with garden furniture. There is work in the neighborhood. Great location and amazing view!

The condo was in a great location to walk into Annecy. Beautiful view of the lake. The condo was just as described in the listing. Very secure & the host was very nice & accommodating.

Beautiful well equipped apartment, the views are breathtaking of the lake and mountains, love the walking distance to the old charming town centre. However the secure car parking below is a bit tricky to squeeze the car in. The double bed is comfortable but do get hot in middle of the night.

Room with a view in Annecy

Great view. Loved the deck! Apartment was clean and comfy. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus. Real easy to walk into the old town area. Only fault was the master bed. Super soft and you sunk into it where others have slept before. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice city stay

Lovely appartment with great view over the lake (although the pictures need updating). Great wardrobe spaces, comfy beds and all equipment needed in the kitchen. Very quiet and great location!

The view!

Elevator building, very secure, at the top of a pretty steep hill, convenient to everything in old town, the park, & the lake front. The balcony view is breathtaking - both lake & mountains. The covered designated parking is fantastic, as parking is tough in Annecy. The queen-sized bed in the main bedroom was very comfy and we really appreciated the washer & dryer. It's tough to find, but Carol was so helful & helped us find our way. A lovely stay.

Lovely apartment with great views across the lake. Good central position to Annecy. Very clean. Good parking. Unusually there was no kettle in the apartment and we had to boil water in a pan - recommend a kettle. Slight problem with the hot water but this was soon rectified. Could benefit from air conditioning

Perfectly located for a variety of activities

This property was wonderfully situated not far from the lake or the center of old town, with a beautiful relaxing view and modern convenience. With parking in the city an enormous challenge, the garage, though tight by American standards, was a huge benefit, particularly as we booked with relatively short notice and during a triathlon event. We parked and then were easily able to tour old town, catch a boat ride and walk or bike to and along the beach. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and clean. Out host representative was very communicative and responsive via text, giving us details as we got closer for where to meet them to get into the garage for check in, and also helping us resolve a minor mechanical issue in a timely fashion. We didn’t have any challenges working through translation apps. The air conditioning was welcome during hot parts of the day, as was the ability to enjoy the patio and view. Even our teen indicated “Perfection.” Would love to stay here again when we return to the area.

L’appartement était parfait, très bien situé et équipé. La vue magnifique. Le stationnement et les vélos étaient pratiques. La seule amélioration serait au niveau du lit à deux étages. Pour deux couples ce n’est pas l’idéal. Merci pour ce beau moment à Annecy!

Superbe Apparemment

L’appartement est superbe, dans une résidence récente et sécurisée. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville et du pont des amours. Très appréciable d’avoir des vélos dans la location pour découvrir la piste cyclable autour du lac. L’hôte ainsi que Carole (la personne qui accueil) sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Very Nice Place in Annecy

We stayed a week in Annecy at the apartment. Checkin went well with personalized attention by the owner's friend Carol. She showed us all of the rooms and appliances and procedures for entrance. One thing to note is that the little red key fob works all of the doors and gates so you really do not need the codes. The garage was a big help since parking in Annecy is nearly impossible. The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen worked very well since we like to cook about half the time, buying things at the very large town market. The water/dryer was very handy to have. Recommend this place to anyone staying in Annecy.

Parking garage scuffle

Arrival was really tough. No indication of where to go or how to get to parking. The parking garage was very hard to negotiate for Americans. Damaged rental car in the tight space. Departure was rescued by hostess but still way too complicated for such a great apartment in a great location.

Bel appartement bien doté

On avait quelques malentendus pour se retrouver mais Carole et sa fille étaient toutes les deux formidables—sympathiques, généreuses, affables). L’appartement était bien doté (même des couteaux tranchants !), la vue magnifique (même avec la grue) et les lits confortables. A noter : il n’y a que deux chambres ! Selon les photos je croisais qu’il y en avait 3. A visiter absolument quand vous venez à Annecy. Le centre-ville est à 5/7 minutes à pied.

Beautifull Annecy apartment

The apartment is really new and has ample space and amenities within to make any stay very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony and looking out towards the lake was really nice despite some ongoing building work. The apartment has everything you need and is very secure with lift access to each floor. Although we did not meet our host communication was very easy with her friend Carole who met us as we arrived and showed us around. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to visit Annecy and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Bel appartement proche du vieux Annecy

L'appartement est situé à 10 min à pied du centre de Annecy le vieux (700m environ). L'immeuble, très récent, donne sur une avenue plutôt passante mais l'appartement est quant à lui situé à l'opposé et dispose d'une vue magnifique sur le lac et d'une belle exposition. Il est par ailleurs très bien isolé, tant phoniquement (on n'entend pas les voisins ni la circulation) que thermiquement. L'appartement est très bien équipé (belle cuisine ouverte avec de quoi cuisiner, machines à laver et sèche linge) et dispose d'une belle terrasse. Les travaux de l'immeuble d'à côté étaient quasi terminés au moment de notre passage et il n'y en aura plus trace d'ici cet été. Le plus difficile reste de trouver l'entrée du parking, situé 100m plus bas que l'entrée de l'immeuble et qui n'est pas signalé. Mais Carole, la personne en charge de l'accueil, nous avait donné rdv à l'entrée et nous n'avons donc eu aucun problème pour trouver. Carole nous a bien accueilli et s'est montrée très serviable. Sylvie, la propriétaire, laisse également un livret d'accueil avec de nombreuses indications pour profiter de la région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur Annecy et pu découvrir ses environs à pieds et à vélo, sans jamais avoir besoin de la voiture, c'était vraiment très agréable. Nous reviendrons très probablement.

Loved the apartment but the check-in process was a real challenge

The accommodation itself was outstanding. Clean, modern, comfortable, great balcony with a great view of Lake Annecy, excellent location just outside Annecy old town with an easy 5-minute walk into town. Private garage was great, but it was impossible to find the entrance to it because it is completely unmarked! Check-in was a nightmare. We contacted the property manager (Carole) well in advance of our arrival and agreed to meet at a specific time. She was 1-hour late! And we had no idea where the garage was, and there was nowhere else to wait anywhere near the location once we figured out where it was. When Carole finally arrived, she spoke no English and communicated with us using a translation app on her phone, which was difficult to ask questions or receive any instructions about the apartment. Other than the check-in process, we loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay.

Magnifique appartement très bien situé

Appartement moderne décoré avec beaucoup goût, Vue idyllique sur le lac. Idéalement situé pour profiter aussi bien de la vieille ville que du lac. La literie est très confortable. Le grand garage, vraiment pratique pour ranger des vélos. Super séjour avec le soleil en prime!
