Sugar Beach Condos are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Gulf Shores festivals, and beach activities. We also have an onsite snack beach bar available. Sugar Beach is an economical, family-oriented Orange Beach condominium complex. One of the areas most popular vacation destinations. We have four pools, a tennis court, covered parking and a large beach!

Our family has been taking care of vacationers to Alabama’s Gulf Coast for over 25 years. Sugar Beach Condos is probably the most family-oriented complex with so many fun amenities!

This unit is Gulf Side, not Gulf Front. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Although you do not have a view of the gulf from your balcony, all you have to do is walk down the hall to the elevator -- down the elevator and you are on the beach!

This Sugar Beach unit sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids. It has a Queen Bed plus a Hide-a-Bed Sofa in a motel-sized room. It has a full kitchen, bathroom & private balcony. This is a great budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation. We, however, do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults or families with older children simply because of the lack of privacy and space.

Mr. And Mrs. Taylor were amazing hosts, they were very kind and were very quick to respond to any inquires I had. The beach was just steps away and they had 3 pools and a kiddie pool. I would recommend this location to anyone and would stay at it again for sure.

First ,the con: unfortunately our dryer didn’t work.But everything else did,the A/C and overhead fan made the efficiency very comfortable.The owners are on site,and very nice but I didn’t want to bother them about the dryer- we just put things out on the chairs on the balcony and let the sun do its thing.Now for the pros:3 very nice swimming pools,a very short walk to an absolutely wonderful beach.And everyone at the complex was quiet and friendly.We got so lucky! The internet says May and October are 2 very fine months to visit Orange Beach.I can’t argue with that…!

The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. However, the room left a lot to be desired. I understand the claim of the cheapest on the strip, but there was little to no attention to detail. Dryer was broke, was promised to be fixed but never was. Unit hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time, and it showed. Cracks in drywall. Paint missing in multiple places. Cheap walmart furniture. One big disappointment was that fact that the listing shows EV charging as an amenity, and there is NO EV CHARGING. Not even an electrical outlet to use your own charger. I informed the owner of the listing misinformation, and he acted like VRBO made the mistake. Here we are a week later and the listing still shows EV charging. Although cheap, its not really a good deal considering I stayed 3hrs up the road in PCB at Wyndham BEACHFRONT VIEW hotel, immaculately clean, 2 bath, 3 real beds, for just a little more (3 nights was same price as 4 nights here)

Overall was a great trip. Easy pool access, easy beach access. Location was good as it was close enough to shops, restaurants that you could easily get to, but far enough away that traffic wasnt bothersome. Loved the trip
