Welcome to your effortless beach getaway. This beautifully updated duplex sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfectly positioned just steps from the sand. Beach access and public parking are located at the end of the street—only one house away— making arrivals, unloading, and beach days incredibly easy.

Inside, the home features a King primary suite with en-suite bath, a Queen bedroom, and a double bunk room that comfortably sleeps four. The open dining area seats eight, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

Step out onto the deck where an XL picnic table sets the scene for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or post-beach cocktails. A park-style BBQ grill is available for grilling after a long day in the sun.

The living room and bunk room are equipped with wall-mounted, WiFi-connected smart TVs for winding down at night.

Property is extremely clean, comfortable and well decorated. Location is very close to the beach (2-3 minute walk) and about 15 minutes from Southport. Great location for a family vacation or even a weekend away in the off season.

Great location. 1 block from beach. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Quick response from host regarding small problem with loose door knobs. Well appointed kitchen. Be sure and turn on microwave fan before cooking to minimize smoke detector going off. Great location for biking and going to local stores. Food Lion and Publix within 10 minutes. Corner store within 3 minutes.

Perfect spot!

Went for Labor Day weekend with 2 families with kids 4-9. Perfect location with easy walk to the beach even for the littlest. House had all the accommodations we needed and plenty of space. We even got to see sea turtles hatch!

We visit OKI several times every year. This rental was one of our favorites. “Sunshine” was a lovely home. Great location, very clean home, with all you need while on vacation. Such a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s technically 3rd row which is perfect to not have the busy/faster traffic of the main road. Jamie (host) was very responsive and kind. She made sure to ensure a nice stay. Choose “Sunshine”- you won’t be disappointed.

House was just as described. Just steps away from the beach, great location! House was clean, updated and fully stocked with all that you'd ever need while staying there. The house is a duplex, but you can't hear a single thing from the other house. Wonderful place for a vacation! My family loved this house and had a great week there.
