Beautiful, Sunny, Condo across from Loon Mt., Lincoln, N.H.

This beautiful, sunny and artistically decorated condo is situated directly across from the Loon Mt. Ski area. Large picture windows with great views in the winter and a spacious modern layout bring the outdoors right into your living space. The unit comes with access to a swim and tennis club which has several large indoor and outdoor pools, 4 Jacuzzis, sauna and exercise room. There are many beautiful hikes, rivers to swim in, bike paths and cultural attractions near by. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the amenities. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms have recently been replaced. There is a bunk room with two bunks for the kids, a private bedroom with two twin beds, two more twins in a loft area, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a newly installed mini-split air conditioner in the main room to keep you cool in the summer. During the winter, a shuttle bus will take you directly to the ski area, so you never have to hassle with parking. What more could you want, for a fantastic, relaxing vacation in the mountains! Great stay

We had such a great stay in this property! It is so convenient to the mountain for skiing and an added bonus that the direction to the mountain does not have the same amount of traffic as the other direction - making it so fast to get there. The space is so comfortable and has a good feeling. In my opinion, even more spacious than the pictures show! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! Thank you for a wonderful ski weekend with our 4 kids!

Great place for a big group

The place had ample rooms and beds for the 8 of us (two full families) and was close to all activities we wanted to do plus many good places to eat. Michael was also responsive when we asked a question, getting back to us almost immediately. My only minor complaint was that it was not thoroughly cleaned before we got there.

I thought this place was beautiful from the website but quickly realized that the pictures don't do this condo justice! Even better than I expected! There was hiking all around, including, literally 5 minutes down the road There was access to pools and many other activities very close. Lodging and museum tour in one

The condo was spacious and well-supplied. The extra towels are greatly appreciated, as was the stock of laundry detergent. The artwork sprinkled throughout the condo provided my family, including the kids, with many opportunities for conversation and analysis. One suggestion, a good deep cleaning might be in order this spring. Otherwise, a great experience.

Great Ski Weekend

We really enjoyed the weekend. Michael was a great host and answered any questions that we had. The condo had everything one could ask for. The only recommendation was the beds were not comfortable. The mattresses are very old and many of us did not have a great night sleep. I would suggest bring your own blankets too. Other than that we really loved our stay.

President’s weekend ski trip

2nd time staying at a Clearbrook property. Convenient and close to Loon Mt. Property fit all of our needs and plenty of space for 2 families. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs on staircase ceilings and around windows behind blinds. Ceiling fan blades were so dusty we were reluctant to turn on to circulate hear. However, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Overall an enjoyable weekend and pleasant stay.

Spacious condo

Had a great time. We did have a hard time finding the right place because it was so dark. We did not have cell service for directions to the lock code so had to drive back toward Lincoln to pull up the email which was a bit frustrating on a dark, rainy night. Other than that, everything was very nice. Painters were around but not a problem. Loved the location and the amenities.

I am a psychotherapist, artist, poet and meditation teacher and my wife is an art teacher and artist. We live in Somerville Mass. and love how convenient it is to get to the White Mountains for a weekend getaway or longer. We have been coming to the White Mountains for decades, even before we owned this house!

Why they chose this property

We had been visiting this area for decades and my parents used to run a graduate program during the Summers in Lincoln. We bought this house when our daughter was 8 as a getaway.

What makes this property unique

We love the convenience and beauty of our space as well as the surrounding area. Because it is a condo-association is is virtually maintenance free and we can just come and enjoy our time off here. As we have gotten older we travel more so the house is available for rental quite a bit and this helps support our adventures in other parts of the world.
