About the host

Newly retired (former prefect), mother and grandmother settled with my partner, former industrialist, in this region where one of my sisters work as a doctor, I have been seduced by this region on my regular trips here.
I really like this new role of lady of the house and host because I love, just like my partner, to meet and share.

Why they chose this property

I have been seduced by this region on my regular trips and because I have been working here for a time. I appreciated the different climate, cold in winter, very bright in between seasons and very hot in summer but never scorching because nights are cool enough 450 m in altitude.
I also loved the culture of Provence which landscape is dotted with stylish architecture and structured vegetation. I loved the art of living in the shade of the plane trees and the lapping of the fountains. I loved walking in the old shaded streets before going to a concert festival, drinking a “Bardouin” Pastis of Forcalquier, the “Rolls des Pastis” or enjoying one of the many traditional meals.
I would be delighted to share all this with you.

What makes this property unique

As all our visitors, you will remain speechless facing the landscape that is very large, very hilly, without artificial, spectacular or impressive obstacles. This setting, that encouraged us to settle here, exudes contagious serenity to which we are sensitive. A 5-year-old girl said “I am watching, it is beautiful as a painting”. And this is exactly what we feel in the Provencal Tuscany.
The house is in harmony with this landscape and also exudes a tranquillity that will seduce you and allow you to recharge your batteries before going back.
