We are renting our Villa built in 2018, fully equipped, with sea views. Located in Sa Tuna, at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, 500m from Sa Tuna beach and Aiguafreda cove, 2.5 km from the village of Begur.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 linen room (washing machine + dryer), Open fitted kitchen (Fridge, Dishwasher, pyrolysis ovens and microwave, induction hob), Living room with sea view, access Internet.
Private swimming pool (7x4m), Separate garage for 1 car, Barbecue. Area: 170 m2

BEGUR, a medieval village, is located in the heart of COSTA BRAVA, in a very protected and little-built region. Many attractions are nearby: 4 golf courses, tennis, medieval towns (Pals, Peratallada), diving (Islas Medas / maritime reserve), coves of clear and transparent water nearby, excursions on horseback, restaurants etc ...

The price includes cleaning twice a week, sheets and towels.

What a fabulous property. Stunning location in Sa Tuna. Amazing views, secluded amongst the pine trees - wonderful wildlife, crossbills, tree creepers, lots of other small birds and a griffon vulture overhead. Great base to explore the area and enjoy the local restaurants and towns. Would highly recommend the property. It would be ideal for a mix of generations with grandparents and a young family. Only comment would be that it is a bit of an uphill trek from the beach.

Gorgeous house, amazing location!

So glad we rented Fabian’s excellent villa for our adventures in Catalonia! It was perfect for myself and my 2 teenage daughters. Starting with the messenger open living spaces with beautiful views of Mediterranean, to sparkling pool with salt water, to ideal location just 10 min walk from the charming beach of Sa Tuna - our stay was all we wished for and more! The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a BBQ on the back patio, so we also enjoyed some quick meals when we were too tired to go anywhere. A separate note of appreciation for quick communication both from Fabien and his house manager Marta. Both were lightning fast to respond and resolved any and all questions we had. We just hope we could return and experience more of the area that offers so much! Thank you, Fabien for letting us enjoy your house!!!

Beautiful peaceful place with stunning views

We loved our stay at Fabien's modern, very clean, and well-equipped villa. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a washer and dryer and a beautiful pool. The villa's central location in the Costa Brava is very convenient for sightseeing, and it is only a 5-10 minute walk on the Cami Ronda (a beautiful coast side trail) to the cute beach town of Sa Tuna. The best part of the house is the gorgeous view from the patio and the rooftop terrace. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Fabien's communication before arrival was very detailed and provided a lot of information about restaurants and shopping in the area. It is important to know there is a long flight of stairs to get into the house and that the house has 3 levels with more stairs. That was no problem for us but might pose a problem for some people. This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be back!

Nous sommes arrivés en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 11 ans, 10 ans et 8 ans). Une maison moderne située en haut d’une colline avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Quartier très calme. Rien de tel pour se relaxer. La maison est très pratique et bien équipée. Pas besoin de climatisation car quand on ouvre toute les fenêtres la brise marine circule et la température reste idéale. Nous avons apprécié la décoration minimaliste qui permet de se sentir à l’aise. Parking facile dans cette petite rue sans issue. Bref, nous prévoyons déjà de revenir.

Excellent house in begur near the beach

This excellent house has all the facilities that you are looking for. We spend an amazing week at this villa in Begur. The swimming pool is well exposed to the sun and is hidden from the wind. Within a few minutes walking you are at the beach. The house and pool where cleaned during our stay and the communication and all was great. Highly recommend this location!

Fabulous property

Superb villa, with private pool- not over looked. Great views, excellent communication from the owner/meet and greet. This place is in a great spot, over looking the Med, there is Sa Tuna beach within 5 minute walk and many fabulous coves within 2-20 minute drive (10+ to choose from). Our personal favourite with children was Tamariu as it has clear water, safe swimming, diving board and facilities- restaurants and small spa, plenty of parking and nice coastal walks. The villa is in great condition and has everything you need, it is very comfortable and well maintained. Marta helped with any questions or requests (ie- she was very prompt with our request for a new gas bottle for the bbq). The town of Begur is two minutes by car and has excellent restaurants to suite all price ranges and tastes- we liked Pizzeta with the children and Diferent on our own! Thank you, we hope to return soon

Magnifique !

La maison est absolument parfaite. Le cadre est parfait et les équipements sont de très bonnes factures ! Il ne manque absolument rien. Le propriétaire Fabien est très sympathique. L’accueil dans la maison se fait facilement et Marta est très sympathique. Le coin est absolument magique 😍 les criques les plages les petits villages médiévaux et les bonnes tables. Séjour à renouveler !

Costa Brava at its best!

Wunderbares Haus an wunderbarer Lage. Sehr gut, um die schönen Buchten in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Viele gute Restaurants in Begur. Alles ist so wie beschrieben. Fabien ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Great place and stay - happy about everything. Only thing to improve: more towels for the pool (only one hand towel and one bath towel supplied per person)

Fantastic time

The house is exactly as described: modern, sleek, with superb views. We had a super comfortable and enjoyable stay at Fabien's place. The location is great to drive around the area and visit the different beaches and towns. We would definitely return. I also want to point out that Fabien is an excellent host. We had a family issue and he worked with us to help us rearrange our trip. He was super kind and helpful during the process and stay. Thank you Fabien!

Perfect spot for your holidays

The contact with the owner is excellent, very kind and helpful with the hosts. The house is amazing with everything you need to relax and have the best holidays in Covid times, own pool, own barbacue, amazing views and very quiet place. The beds are very comfortable which is not always the case when you rent a house; also the towels have good quality and good size. The views are amazing, we watch the sunrise the last day from the terrance on the top of the house. We highly recommend this!

Wonderful vacation

Even in times of corona, if you behave with care and respect, you can have a good time and enjoy your vacation. The property of Fabien and its location, are beautiful. The morning is rewarded with a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Fabien has always been an excellent host, responding quickly to questions and has always been friendly and supportive. Muy bonita casa en un zona preciosa de la Costa Brava

La casa es muy bonita y está situada en una zona muy tranquila, boscosa y con vistas al mar. Es de estilo moderno y está muy bien decorada y equipada. Perfecta para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia y visitar esta preciosa zona. Tiene una piscina privada, terraza, garaje y mucho espacio. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones y baños grandes. Todo está muy nuevo ya que la casa fue construida hace un año por lo que todavía tiene algunos pequeños defectos que seguro que los propietarios sabrán resolver pronto para que les quede perfecta. Los propietarios Fabien y esposa fueron muy simpáticos así como Marta, la encargada de recibirnos. Gracias a todos, esperamos repetir. Hasta pronto

Stunning

A modern house with stunning panoramic views of the sea, located a short drive from numerous beaches and coves in the Begur area. Fabien was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

Pas mal

Calme en ce début juin. Assez bien en équipements. Mais matelas trop durs inconfortables, manque de moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres, portes font beaucoup de bruit même en les fermant doucement, piscine pas très propre.

Merci pour votre retour. Il est vrai que les matelas sont neufs, et peuvent paraître encore un peu dur. Nous allons vérifier le problème de bruit des portes, qui ne devrait pas exister, étant donné qu'elles sont neuves. En ce qui concerne la piscine, vous auriez dû me le signaler, j'aurais demandé au pisciniste de venir la nettoyer. Bien à vous.
