Very modern and clean building and rooms. Nancy was quick to respond to all of our questions. Only downside was the upstairs neighbors clomping around at 12am the first night, then 1am the next.
Great location, unit was clean and just what was needed. I do have to say if you are light sleeper like myself this area might not be for you. You will hear road traffic and if you have someone in the unit above you will hear every foot step. The noise machine provided was a great touch to help at night. Overall a good stay.
The location is excellent for spending time in the River Arts District or West Asheville. The apartment has everything you need (although we didn't cook while there). This was my second stay and I would stay again.
We enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Location put us close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our only complaint is not enough parking. There should be one spot assigned to each unit so each unit is guaranteed one assigned spot. Clearly some of the other rented units had multiple cars parked in the lot and these cars didn’t move all weekend which left us without a spot to park in. Every unit should be guaranteed one spot to park in.
Great location, we enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails, hiking at Chimney Rock state park and touring the Biltmore. A great area and fun place to visit.
We appreciated the convenience of this property to everything Asheville has to offer including downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. We arrived after dark and although the roads are a bit winding, it was pretty easy to find. The key pad for entry was easy to use and the amenities were perfect for our stay. Parking was never an issue. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
The location and the apartment facilities were perfect. We used this as a hub to explore the arts district, the distillery area and take walks along the river. The place was clean and had the kitchen facilities that allowed us to cook breakfast before beginning our days.
Loved the modern and clean look of the place. Really enjoyed how quiet it was around the property and the host was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay back there :) thanks for having us!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is close to the RAD and downtown. The apartment is incredibly clean and spacious. Our only complaint is the lack of insulation. We could hear the person upstairs walking around in the morning and at night. It’s not a deal breaker but if you’re a light sleeper you will be able to hear the noise from cars/trucks passing by as well.
We will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location for us.
Customer service is exceptional. I contacted the property manager one time during my stay and my needs were met immediately. The view of the back of the brewery was unexpected but proximity to downtown, restaurants, breweries, Biltmore, etc was fantastic. I would stay here again.
The location was perfect for us, and the accommodations were just what we needed. Our only minor complaint was that there's only streaming TV, so no local or network news/shows. We would definitely book again!
Place is great, super close to everything. We loved the views and being able to walk to everything. Also for being this close, its nice a quite as well! We would definitely come back
