Enjoy the serenity, spectacular views, wrap-around deck, gorgeous backyard with BBQ and fire pit at the Diamond Star Chateau! Located just 10 minutes from Payson, this getaway is perfect for a quiet retreat or a fun weekend with friends and family. Explore and have fun in and around Payson, with its restaurants, museums, unique shops, fishing, golf, hiking, playing in the snow, and outdoor fun.

The main-level features an open floor plan, with spacious Great Room, vaulted ceiling, wood floors, gas fireplace and a wall of windows to partake in those fabulous mountain views. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, gas range, spacious pantry and nearby dining area with a coffee bar.

The upstairs features the perfect master retreat with a reading and kids play area in the the loft and a spacious master suite with a king bed, 55" Ultra High Definition TV, French Doors to a private deck looking to views and the beautiful backyard. The en-suite bath has a jetted tub, dual vanity and separate shower along with a large closet. On the main-level there are two guest bedrooms that share a bath. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top bunk and twin day bed. Downstairs is a laundry room and second refrigerator, plus a game and TV room with a 65" Ultra HD TV, cozy recliners, game table and ping pong. Both of the TV's in the home have Roku built-in.. This home has a backyard oasis with grass, tiered flower gardens, fruit trees and berry bushes, built in charcoal BBQ and hardscaped patio areas and areas to explore around the 1 acre property.

House was warm & inviting, has fantastic views and a fenced in yard (great for dogs). Only enhancement would be a TV in the main living room. The game room downstairs (where the TV is) is cold and lacks the same decor as the rest of the house. Master bedroom is huge and the other two bedrooms are perfect size. We stayed for a week but wished it was longer. The house is extremely cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There were a couple miniscule issues that were quickly addressed. So glad to have found this house.

Loved staying at this property. Was very spacious and has everything you need. Property manager responded quickly with any questions we had. Loved the views!! We also took our dogs and they loved it. Plenty of room for them to run around in the big yard and deck they have. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Absolute best rental!

This absolutely exceeded any and all expectations! The property is beautiful, clean, and large! The fenced in yard was huge and allowed the dogs to roam and play while being safe. Beds were extra comfortable with excess extra sheets and blankets in closets. Pantry had all kinds of fixings (we didn’t use as we brought our own) and spice cupboard had everything you’d need. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots/pans and utensils galore.

This house was just perfect for our family. It is just as beautiful as the pictures look and the view is even better. Plenty of space for everyone. The fenced yard was great for the kids and the dogs. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would definitely book this house again.

A peaceful retreat

This house is perfect for those needing some peace and quiet and some much needed R&R. The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. The jetted tub with its' view was so perfect for our rest and relaxation. We all enjoyed our time immensely and will be back for sure.

Lovely house and property with magnificent views! Incredible backyard fully fenced including the huge deck. We brought our dogs and they loved it. We even had two elk visit us one morning. Owners very responsive when I had a question. I highly recommend this property to any and all.

Daughter’s birthday

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it! My husband and I took our daughter and 3 of her friends, and it was a blast! They were able to spend the majority of their time in the basement playing ping pong and watching movies. They all slept in the bunk bed room. It was an absolutely amazing weekend and we will for sure be back!
