Small farm with a hectare, ideal for families and groups of friends.

House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living room with billiards, fireplace and pool.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, washer / dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and grill.

Capacity 10 people (max).

Close to the sea and river 8km (Neiva). Good access by the A28. Cot available.

Many fruit trees, pine trees, barbecue and outdoor furniture. C / garage.

CABLE TV w / DVD + movie channels.

The house and the fifth are only leased by all and not per room, up to 2 days.

Beau séjour

Très bon accueil, de très beau espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Une terrasse couverte très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances. Je recommande.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la casa do fiscal Demeure très jolie, très bien pour une grande famille avec beaucoup d'activités sur place, surtout le billard apprécié des petits et des grands. Angélique et sa famille.
