Situated in Santa Luzia, Tavira, the apartament (was fully refurbished recently, so everything is brand new) is part of a luxurious apartment complex that offers you an excellent opportunity for some quiet and relaxing holidays. It is fully equiped and it has big living area. It is part of a luxurious apartment complex offering: inside and outside swimming pool, terrace with barbeque and parking garage. The indoor swimming pool will not be accessible during the months of July and August.

The apartment complex is situated in the middle of the small fishing village, at about 5 minutes cycling from Tavira. The village offers you a variety of restaurants where you may taste some of the best fresh fish dishes. Also you have supermarkets where you can do your daily or weekly groceries. Nearby, you may enjoy the magnificent Barril beach or the Terra Estreita beach (Both Blue Flaged - High standard quality beach).

The aparment is fully equiped including: air conditioned, outside and indoor swimming pool, barbeque, parking garage. Cleaning service is Also included if your stay is 2 weeks or longer to.
There is also a possibility of having a baby bed (up to 2 years old babies) if requested illustrated previously.

A Special Place

A wonderful apartment very well managed. We had a great three weeks in Anabela and Paulo’s apartment. They were excellent hosts and very attentive. Santa Luzia is a very special place with wonderful restaurants and a beautiful beach.

Very clean and cool house

A wonderful apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very comfortable, delightfully decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. A great location. We were traveling with bikes so access to the underground garage was bonus. Communication with the owners and check in was excellent. Highly recommended!

Anabela is a great host - let us with nice little touches and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Nice newer apartment. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, most everything you could need espacially with the well furnished kitchen. Though no fault of the owner, there were a number of loud families with children during our stay taking over the pool area and outside on their terraces and a construction project across the street so if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s not really a peaceful stay. Also, the hot water shut off times are a bit of nuisance as you have to plan showers, washing dishes, etc. We were there during the time change and it was even more of an issue.

Glorious apartment in Santa Luzia

This was our second season in Anabela's lovely apartment. Her pride of ownership is evident throughout. This is the most fully equipped, beautifully maintained rental in which we have ever stayed. In fact, we have rented again for next year. Anabela is completely accessible and cares deeply about our experience.

Large apartment on ground floor, equipped with all you need. In a quiet neighborhood located. Restaurants, shops,cafes and bars all in walking distance. In fact, everything in Santa Luzia is in walking distance. 45 min walk to the Barril beach, or 5 min walk to the ferry boat jetty. I joined this stay very much. Anabela is a very sympathic host and Eduarda, who gave me the keys and showed me the apartment, also. All my questions were answered in minutes. Would stay definitely there again. Frank

Spotless and very Comfortable!!

Very comfortable, pleasant place to stay. The indoor pool is cold, so we never did go for a swim. That was a big draw to this property and for the first week we never had time to even try the pool. There is so much to see and do in this area! Just a short walk to the riverfront and many very good restaurants. The local beach is absolutely beautiful, but a long walk, even if you use the train. We actually preferred the beaches where you can drive and then just a short walk to the beach. Manta Rota is our favourite! Visiting the local Saturday markets in both Faro and Tavira were lots of fun. Fresh fish and fresh fruits and veggies! Even a flea market today in Tavira. Our accommodation had everything that we needed! The kitchen is very well equipped for those that want to cook. We appreciated the cleaning and change of bedding and towels in the middle of our two week stay. Mrs Eduardo enthusiastically greeted us upon our arrival and showed us how everything worked. We never needed to contact her, but we had her number in case we had any problems. Having English language TV programs was appreciated so that we could keep track of the things going on in the world! All in all, a wonderful base to explore the Algarve! Thank You!

Wir verlebten schöne Tage in diesem sehr sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und mehr... Die Betten sind super und die kleine Apartmentanlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Hervorragendes Apartment ohne Sonne!

Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gut gestaltet, die Einrichtung sehr gut! Allerdings hat es für uns einen sehr großen Nachteil, das ist die Lage, Sonne gibt es nur ganz kurz am Nachmittag, ansonsten liegt das Apartment im Schatten. Frühstück oder Drink vor dem Abendessen nur im Schatten möglich!

Schöner Aufenthalt im kleinen Santa Luzia

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet unf sauber und wir haben uns mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen um die schönen Strände zu besuchen. Es waren tolle 10 Tage in einer sehr schönen kleinen Anlage.

Very enjoyable restful stay

Paulo's apartment was very spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. We spent a very restful month in Santa Luzia. The apartment provided an underground parking space for our rental car which gave us peace of mind. The apartment was very well maintained by Edouarda who was someone who went to the trouble of ensuring that we were well looked after. We have no hesitation in recommending it for anyone who wants an apartment that is close to local restaurants and stores as well as convenient for exploring other towns and villages in the Algarve.
