Beautiful renovated villa for rent in the center of Cap Ferret between ocean and "Bassin"
300m from the market and all shops, the "basin", the pier to Arcachon and the beach Horizon.
5 bedrooms

On the ground floor, spacious living room with fireplace - dining room and open kitchen to American fully equipped. Two sunny terraces on one level, one equipped for lunch with garden furniture, the other quiet for rest. Beautiful garden with huge terrace.
2 bedrooms: a beautiful bedroom with a large bed of 160cm and bathroom / shower, a master bedroom opening onto the terrace, with its bathroom (shower / bath / double sink / toilet) and dressing room.
Separate toilet, laundry (washing machine / dryer / 2nd fridge).

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 2 large bedrooms with the possibility to compose 2 single beds or a large bed of 160, and children's room with bunk beds. A bathroom / shower and double sink and toilet.


You will be welcomed with a smile by our representative who will be happy to explain the operation of the house and assist you during your stay if necessary.

The house is nice. Do not rent if you have kids

The house is big and well maintained. Owners live in it when not rented and have OCD about cleanliness and order. She was surprised that there was traces of my kids existence… although I have been proud of them for not breaking anything over the course of 3 weeks. It was as if I should have cleaned the house by myself before checking out. That is not the level of service I expect from a house that cost over 1000 dollars per night. The owners charged me for replacing flowers in the garden. Flowers which would be gone in a couple of months anyway because of winter! The way the owner made me feel at check out is actually unacceptable for such a costly property. They should not rent out their home if they don’t feel comfortable for it to be used by other people and should not expect me to clean the house before checking out especially when there is a specific fee paid for house cleaning on the website. We left the house in good condition and not excessively dirty. Just regular living conditions. So I won’t be renting from them again.

Cher Monsieur, Merci pour votre commentaire et pour votre séjour. En effet, la maison est en parfait état et très bien entretenue. Nous accueillons nos visiteurs avec beaucoup de soin ( cadeaux de bienvenue) mise à disposition gratuite de 2h de ménage par semaine, entretien du jardin... Nous comprenons tout à fait qu'il est difficile de laisser la maison aussi propre que vous l'avez trouvé, mais malheureusement nous avons du payer 5h de ménage supplémentaires en plus des 3h prévue dans votre location. Au Cap Ferret, nous avons beaucoup de chance de bénéficier d'un climat doux et les plantes ne meurent pas l'hiver ! Et nous avons du les remplacer, suite au dommage causés par les jeux de ballon, pour les locataires suivants. Nous espérons que vous passé un bon séjour au Cap ferret et que vous trouverez une maison plus appropriée pour votre famille la prochaine fois. Nous sommes désolés du sentiment que vous avez ressenti lors de votre départ. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation, Bien cordialement,
