'Il Maretto' is immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean machine, in a unique position for its tranquility and privacy: from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the Stecchi beach, small but characteristic, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The apartment, located on the first floor, consists of two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together (totally re-furnished in summer 2017 and equipped with air conditioning from the 2018 season) - two bathrooms, a kitchen (new, season 2018), a large living room with two sofas, each with a bed, a terrace and an equipped outdoor area.
With a short drive you can reach both the villages of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio - where there are plenty of opportunities for fun and entertainment - and some famous beaches on the island, such as Barabarca, Zuccale, Lido di Capoliveri and Lacona.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung im Obergeschoss in Strandnähe. Der Ausblick auf Korsika, Montecristo und Pianosa sind einmalig. Die Reaktionszeit der Vermieterin ist absolut top. Achtung: Bettwäsche und/oder Handtücher müssen gegen Aufpreis bestellt werden. Der Hinweis steht nicht in der Hausbeschreibung sondern folgt mit dem Willkommensschreiben kurz vor Reiseantritt. Die Vermieterin hat uns spontan aus privaten Vorräten geholfen. Extraklasse (aber vermeidbar).

Bellissima esperienza favorita dalla strategica posizione della casa. Bellissima la terrazza per colazione e cena, con visuale sulla baia, comoda spiaggetta a 50 metri con pontile per i tuffi. Casa silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo con i servizi a portata di mano. Descrizione rispondente al vero. Con una lavastoviglie sarebbe perfetta !

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine spektakuläre Lage und war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Wir konnten in wenigen Minuten nur in Badekleidung zum Meer runter laufen und direkt ins Meer springen. Das Meer war sauber und sehr klar, es gab viele Fische zu sehen. Von der Terrasse der Wohnung aus konnte man sehr schön auf das Meer schauen. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Durch die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern konnten wir sehr gut schlafen.

Tolles, großes Apartment in toller Lage, liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Es fehlt fast nichts in der Küche. Die Duschen könnten alle einen etwas kräftigeren Wasserstrahl haben, es gibt ja zwei innen und eine Außendusche. Sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer und nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand, machen die Wohnung zu einem echten Highlight. Es ist alles da was man braucht, nur Handtücher und Bettzeug muss separat gezahlt werden. Es wäre schön, wenn das inklusive wäre. Lediglich die Matratzen könnten erneuert werden. Sie sind doch etwas unbequem und zum Teil noch mit Federn. Lage und Ausstattung sonst top.

Die insel ist traumhaft, verschiedene buchten mit sand oder Kiesstrand. Kristallklares wasser. Gutczum schnorcheln. Die ferienwohnung wunderschön gelegen. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Blick aufs Meer. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man zum leben braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn gilfe benötigt wird. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Relaxed family holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area. The view from the terrace was great, the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing we could not find were wine glasses 😊. Communication with Sylvia and Giusi went smoothly and they were always available.

Casa in bella posizione rilassante con vista mare, solo un po' scomodo arrivare a causa dell'ultimo tratto di strada stretto. Bello il terrazzo fuori dove si può pranzare in tutta tranquillità. Unica pecca le docce un po' piccole!! Nel complesso soddisfatti.

Mediterane wohnung

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist sehr gross und hell. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse rundherum ist sehr zu geniessen und die Aussicht herrlich. In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand. Man braucht ein Auto. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen. Danke

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt mit unserem kleinen Sohn (4 Monate) in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt, top ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig in grandioser Lage. 3 Minuten zum Strand sind einfach unschlagbar! Und nach Capoliveri in die Stadt sind es keine 10min Fahrtzeit. Der Service und die Kommunikation der Vermieter war super. Wenn man Bettwäsche selbst mitbringt: Kopfkissen 80x40cm, Spanntuch ca. 180x200cm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

La doccia esterna, come specificato, è un servizio in comune con i clienti dell'appartamento al piano terra: è comunque dotata di un separé, ed è aperta solo in parte per consentire l'accesso alla stessa. prachtige plek

de woning ligt op een prachtige rustige plek, je loopt zo naar het water, wel heel steil maar dat is heel elba. vanuit de woning een prima uitvalbasis om mooie uitstapjes te maken. in de woning is verder alles goed aanwezig alleen zijn de douches wat klein. de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn heel fijn.

Vista mozzafiato

La casa é curata, fresca e luminosa. Il terrazzo esterno offre una vista spettacolare. La posizione garantisce tranquillità e pace. Unico neo il tratto di 500 mt di strada per raggiungere la proprietà che é abbastanza pendente e non perfettamente asfaltata. Ma questo è abbastanza normale all'Elba. Nel complesso, bella vacanza e siamo stati molto bene.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren vor 19 Jahren schon einmal mit unseren Kindern in dieser Wohnung und nun in diesem Jahr auch mit unseren Enkelkindern . Eine Wohnung in toller Lage , kleiner Strand und das Städtchen nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert worden, einfach aber gut eingerichtet . Die Vermieterinnen sind super unkompliziert sehr bemüht und stehen mit Rat und Tat jederzeit bereit. Wie kommen gerne wieder.
