Les Séquoias is a former wine chateau located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard at Sauveterre de Guyenne, a 13th century country house.
20 minutes from St Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.

The house has 2 guest bedrooms with heated outdoor swimming pool, children's games; trampoline, swing, slide as well as free range chickens and rams.

-The Cabernet room with bathroom, private separate wc, television and wifi access with a capacity of 2 people.

-The Merlot room consisting of a living room with convertible sofa, a duplex bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom, private wc and wifi access with a capacity of 2 or 4 people.

We provide you with free parking and a travel cot if necessary.

Sauveterre de Guyenne is located in between the two seas, a hilly area full of architectural marvels that is worth a visit; ancient villages, country houses, caves, Romanesque churches, vineyards, wells, washhouses, landscaped lake with supervised swimming or fortified mills.

As well as the Roger Lapebie cycle path, 45km of greenway (old railway) which can lead to Bordeaux or Toulouse, a stone's throw away

All amenities on foot; bakery, butcher, pharmacy, shops, market on Tuesday morning.

Gourmet breakfast included in the room rate with homemade jams and eggs from our chickens.

Lovely villa with ample space for the family and great amenities locally. Magalie was very helpful and responded whenever we had a query about the property and the local area. We would definitely recommend friends and family to visit!

I rented the property as a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday. 16 of us stayed (8 couples), each room was clean and very tastefully decorated, the attention to detail in the decor was incredible. The kitchen was very well appointed. It was a delight to stay there, we enjoyed both the pool and the spa.

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons séjourné aux Séquoias le temps d’un week-end de trois jours en famille, avec de jeunes enfants. Sur place, tout était prévu pour faciliter notre séjour : lit parapluie, jeux, vaisselle pour enfants… La maison est superbe, spacieuse, avec deux grands salons, une immense cuisine parfaitement équipée, et des chambres, toutes (sauf une) dotées de leur propre salle de bain et de toilettes.Le jardin est tout aussi agréable, avec de nombreuses activités à disposition. En raison de la pluie, nous avons surtout profité du jacuzzi, ce qui a été un vrai plus !Un grand merci à Magalie et Nicolas pour ce lieu magnifique, qui nous a permis de vivre de très beaux moments en famille.
