Excellent location right on the beach and an easy half mile walk to the Main St shops and restaurants. Comfortable accommodation and plenty of kitchen equipment. We appreciated the starter supplies too. Thanks for a great stay with our daughter and two grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a couple small issues at the first and the rental company took care of them immediately. I have to say that the rental company was the best I've ever worked with. I would definitely recommend this property. It's great for families.

The pool was closed the entire time of our stay. If you have littles this is a big NO for us if we would have been notified. Construction on the outside of the building was so loud from 9:30 to 5 every weekday. WE GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR A HOUR. There is no communication to the renter for anything really, and when I reached out to rental leaf they didn’t care really and only apologized. Don’t spend your hard earned money here, overpriced… the condo inside is ok tho, it’s all the amenities that made it unpleasant. My parents hadn’t been able to come to the beach for 5 years. They don’t get in the water, only walk the beach and sit on balcony, and guess what…. They couldn’t! Bc of the noise from construction being violently loud.

This is the first time that we have stayed at this particular condo unit/resort and, sadly, it did not meet our expectations based on the pictures/video on the VRBO listing. Here are some thoughts on this condo:Pros: The location was very convenient to various restaurants and entertainment that we partook in during our stay. The size and openness of the balcony was very nice. The kitchen was updated and I loved having a full-sized washer/dryer in the unit for doing laundry.Cons: The condo unit was in worse shape than what the pictures/videos showed. The dining table was marred from past guests putting wet cups on it, the sofa had holes in it, the master bath had a peeling storage cabinet for use and the only updates to that bathroom were new cabinet doors placed on an old vanity and the shower doors (and light over the shower) had rust around them. There were screws all over the walls in the unit from where tv's or pictures had been hanging and then relocated to other spots. There was construction being done right outside of our unit the entire week we were there. As a result, the pool and lazy river were drained and boarded up and parking was a nightmare due to construction supplies being stored in the parking garage. We would have appreciated the realty company being forthcoming and notifying us of the construction so that we could have made arrangements elsewhere for our stay. Due to the factors mentioned above, we will not be returning to this unit.

Great vacation spot!

This condo was beautifully decorated. Lots of room for socializing with others in the living room or at the big, expandable dining table. Bedrooms were furnished for maximum occupancy. Beds were comfortable as well. It was also located near everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!
