CHALET BEACH EDGE IN GRUISSAN
In a unique place that has kept its charm of yesteryear, "the beach chalets GRUISSAN", we offer the rental of our chalet (120 m2), which we completely renovated in 2014.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with bathroom, large hall with wall cupboards.
Access to the floor with a staircase inside or outside.
1st floor: a large living room (dining room, kitchen and lounge with flat screen), a master suite (bedroom and bathroom) and a loft with sleeping.
PLUS: a superb furnished terrace (dining area and lounge) with sea views and a rare area for this type of product.
We wanted to keep the authenticity of our chalet (parquet and wood) while respecting the maximum comfort.
A check for an amount of 500 € will be requested upon entry into the premises as a deposit.
Possibility of supplying sheets and towels for a deposit of 60 € upon arrival.

Très agréable:Peut être juste les équipements de base : éponges très abîmées, pas de liquide vaisselle ( mais du liquide de rinçage de lave vaisselle dilué) , peut être juste laisser une pastille pr le lave vaisselle le temps d’en acheter ! Mais ce ne sont que de minimes détails ..

Accueil parfait et chalet conforme à l’annonce. Très grande terrasse avec une vue mer. Pièce à vivre très spacieuse. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine : seul petit bémol on voit sur une photo une cafetière nespresso et … surprise… cafetière classique. À part cela tout était parfait. Je recommande ce logement : de plus nous avons pu négocier notre heure d’arrivée et de sortie avec Celine.

4 jours passés dans cet agréable chalet très bien situé. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et spacieux nous étions 8 adultes. La terrasse avec petite vue mer est bien appréciée, sa localisation tout autant.

Châlet très confort et très agréable
Le chalet est très spacieux avec une grande terrasse pouvant accueillir une famille comme nous étions , 9 adultes et un bébé de 2 ans.
Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et les matelas confortables.
Nous sommes à 5 minutes de la mer à pied .
Et un grand merci pour accueil très sympathique.
Je recommande ce chalet et nous renouvelerons l'expérience.

Chalet Sympathique
Chalet en bord de mer, tout le confort est présent. Les propriétaires on bien équipe l’ensemble. Néanmoins, le nettoyage et l’entretien ne sont pas suffisamment soignés.
Un beau séjour dans tous les cas après une bonne séance de nettoyage.

Chalet plein de charme
Un chalet plein de charme, bien équipé et idéal pour une famille nombreuse ou groupe d'amis. Situation idéale, à deux pas de la mer.
Seul bémol, les escaliers ne sont pas sécurisés pour les tout petits (rampe trop écartée à l'intérieur, escalier intérieur très raide non sécurisé, barrière sur la terrasse insuffisante). Nous avions 3 bébés de 15 et 16 mois qui courent partout ! Nous avons dû faire des barricades avec les moyens du bord ! Mais sans bébé, c'est parfait !
