We have stayed at this location several times but in the past hast to find new lodging which had 4 bedrooms. They have reconfigured the location and now offer a 4 bedroom unit which we stayed in. Worked great for our family and well equipped
We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park with our large family. This cabin is perfectly located close to Rocky Mountain national park and the Town of Estes. It had plenty of room for everyone and the private hot tub was amazing. This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely be back@
This property is a great place for a larger family or a small family reunion. It has a beautiful scenery and it is located no more than 2 minutes fro the down town area.
We booked this property for a multi-generational family trip. The house was perfect for this trip- accessible for grandparents and plenty of space for all adults and teens to spread out. It is close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park, so a VERY convenient location. The area was quiet and peaceful, all amenities were provided and the property manager was quick to bring us more supplies when needed. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time at the location, plenty of space for all of us to sleep and hang out. Amenities were adequate for kitchen use and what we needed the space for to prepare meals.
Would definitely use both 1A and 1B again.
We stayed with 3 families for 2 nights in June while road tripping around Colorado. The house was clean and very spacious with plenty of comfortable sleeping spots. Great location near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for an affordable place in Estes Park.
This place could not be beat for proximity to RMNP! As we had traveled quite far already we were overjoyed to be so close to the park. Not to mention the hot tub and the view were just spectacular. Highly recommended staying here ESPECIALLY if you want to be a “hop skip & a jump” from the RMNP!
We had a great weekend, despite the rain. Tons of elk to watch. We could spread out and had plenty of room. There is a huge table which was great for board games. It's a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Very pleased with the property.. It had everything we needed.
Only negative was there were no mats to wipe your feet at the door, it was snowy and caused a mess.
We were a little skeptical when we drove up but the inside was very clean. There were 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. Location was great. One suggestion we have is a few more kitchen utensils (spatulas, etc) and more drinking glasses. Most glasses were for wine not juice or water. Overall still a 5 star.
We had the best time with our family in our spacious getaway. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we were in awe with all the wildlife that came so close for our enjoyment. We loved everything about our time at the cabin. It was everything we were hoping for and more! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
We would do it all over again!
Close to town, but far enough to be peaceful. Good access to RMNP. We had a group and it worked great for us.
Only thing I would improve is how 1a and 1b are labeled. We got there at night and it was a little confusing, but easy enough to figure out.

The views are spectacular! if there are other families it may not be quiet but we went up in winter. The host was helpful and good an gracious about our hot tub knowledge. There is a certain way to open the hot tub we did not know, maybe a little sign explaining the hot tub lid directions for those of us that havent had much hot tub exposure. Thank you for the beautiful house!

We weren’t there a lot. 1/2 of the fans didn’t work and the heat was on when we got there. Got locked out when we just used the door once. Dogs barking constantly
Love this cabin. The major dislikes we had was the lack of privacy. We had a private hot tub but there is a connecting cabin to the one we stayed in and the hot tub is just outside the other cabin's Livingroom doors. So we could watch them watch tv and they could watch us try to relax in the hot tub. The other cabin's back porch also connected ours with just a small railing separating the two.
The other dislike is the lack of kitchen items. The other VRBOs we have gone to had all sorts of seasoning, oils, condiments but this one just had a small package of
Lots of space and decorated nicely…nice big towels! This unit has a lot of potential, but lacks attention. Kitchen is not furnished for a large group, especially lacking silver wear and no pizza pan! The nails were sticking out of deck boards, loose railing, bathroom faucet handle ready to fall off, broken futon, and broken shades need to be replaced. If it was repaired it would be a wonderful place.
The gas fireplace does NOT work, which was a disappointment as it was cool & we tried to use it! This is a very nice cabin inside. The beds are very comfortable & everything is clean, the kitchen is sparely furnished, there are plenty of plates, cups, bowls, glasses, etc. But if you plan to do any cooking with leftovers be sure to bring your own dishes with lids, Saran Wrap, tin foil, ziplock bags, etc. We did see elk & deer in the field close to the cabin, however the neighboring cabin attached to this one’s living room patio door looks out directly at the hot tub for this cabin. We were fortunate enough that no one else was staying there at the time or might have been weird with them watching us in the hot tub. Yes, I would stay here again, but only if the attached cabin was unrented.
