We loved the stay at your home very much. The home was close to many necessities, it was easy to find on navigation, it was cleaner and more tidy than most anywhere we have stayed in the past, beds were comfortable and we had a super great time. We didn’t use the pool on our short stay, but it too was clean and very inviting. Your home is incredibly maintained and we would stay again no doubt. Thank you for an amazing visit to FL for my nieces wedding celebration! Sosebee/ Sanders.

A great place to relax and catch up with friends and family. The property is so clean and the host has thought of everything. Getting up in the morning and walking straight out to the pool to drink coffee & gab was the best way to start every the day! Thank you James.

Met family in the area and stayed at this house . Accommodations were spot on . The pool was perfect for a dip after longs days in the hot sun. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!!

The property was very clean. The decor was perfect and James was so helpful. The kitchen has the basic items and some thoughtful items. The only issues we had were the driveway was steep our car bottomed out when we tried to pull out. I recommend that it is mentioned to renters. The beds were extremely firm. I know some people love it. It was an issue for me due to health issues.

It was a good property and exactly what we were looking for for a quiet girls weekend. There are close neighbors in the backyard but fences for privacy. The pool was very nice and the property was clean with all amenities. The host does require an in-person check-in. We had a great stay. Thank you!

James thought of all the little things that made our visit more comfortable, like a cabinet full of seasonings and a ton of water bottles. The pool was so clean and well kept and so was the house. My only complaint would be some of the bedroom doors were hard to open and shut.

Perfect for our family trip! The home was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly kid-friendly. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We especially loved the host James who greeted us and called mid-week to ensure everything was as expected. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the entire place was sparkling clean. We would absolutely stay here again."

The house itself was nice but was very disappointed on cleanliness. First impression on meeting the host at the front door that the house would be spotless because we were told to take off shoes before entering. After the host left and we were unpacking is when we started to notice it wasn’t clean at all. We found used toothbrushes in both bathrooms. One sink had a blue toothpaste smear in sink. Left over food in refrigerator. Electric Hot boiling water container still had water in it from previous guests. Dust covered garbage container in bathroom. Didn’t turn on ceiling fans because of dust on blades. People hairs on floor.Not sure why guests rate this home as high as they do? We left a day early because of this.

Absolutely wonderful stay

We spent a week here and it was perfect. It was very cozy and safe feeling we have zero complaints and James was a absolutely amazing kind friendly host he checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. It was a Perfect week of relaxation for our family and will definitely be booking again

We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation! The host met us day of arrival and gave all instructions and made sure I had his number if there were any problems. The house was minutes away from places like WM and DD (because you need coffee). We were very happy to get out and do activities and come back to the house and have a swimming pool. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer so we were able to keep wash items we used and put them up before leaving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for family vacation rental that is close by to shops, but also in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy downtime.
