Charming, remodeled, furnished Victorian-Style, spacious home, only 4 easy blocks from downtown Ashland, the Plaza, World Famous Shakespearean Festival, Shopping, beautiful Lithia Park & over 126 fabulous Restaurants and local Eateries. The hospital is also only a 1/2 mile away and there is there is an excellent park 1/2 block away.

This wonderfully open 3 Bedroom, also includes a "Bonus Room/Reading Room" that may be used as an additional bedroom. The Stahler House, comfortably sleeps 8, with privacy, and includes 2 baths, two queens, two twin beds, and an innerspring double futon. It has unlimited character and many amenities, including high ceilings, newer remodeling throughout the whole house, central air conditioning, beautiful gas fireplace with large big screen TV above, skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, large yard and decks with separate private seating and meditation areas, Enjoy our Fresh herb garden for use by the tenants. It is located on a corner 1/3 acre property. Outdoor patio off kitchen with BBQ and outdoor patio furniture, wrap around decks and inviting and gorgeous views, of the Ashland area, and the Southern Rogue Valley. .

If this property comes up in your search in the Ashland, Oregon, area-Take it!! This is a wonderful home. It has everything you need, is close to the Plaza and Shakespeare festival. You can walk if you wish. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and shops to browse. The home is in a large area of 1885-1905 circa built home. A step back in time.The immediate availability of the hostess' daughter for assistance and suggestions is a very nice benefit.I cannot recommend this enough. You will not be sorry you stayed here.Jerry

Beautiful home in sweet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and very spacious and comfortable. We have a family of 5 and didn’t feel crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and just a 0.5 mile from downtown ashland shops and restaurants. Laura was responsive to all our needs and wonderful to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was amazing . This house is exactly as listed in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from a park where the kids can go play. 1/2 mile walk or bike ride into downtown ashland to lithia park, restaurants, and coffee shops. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for a family of 5 and we didn’t feel squished. The wrap around porch as a bench swing and it was relaxing to sit on it and drink our coffee and watch the deer stroll through the yard. Laura was very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
