Under our recent ownership, we have refreshed the property with new interior paint, new area rugs, bed mattresses, furnishings, wall art, computer desks and chairs, bed linens and bath towels, lighting, kitchenware and appliances. We have added a new salt water pool system, restored the solar heating and travertine floors, added a new security system, and created a fantastic entertainment center in the family room. This 5000 square foot home has everything you need for an enjoyable get-away. It is the perfect size for a large family: Six (6) bedrooms that sleep 12 with 2 bedrooms in the two casitas with one pull-out couch. Five bedrooms with King-sized beds, 1 bedroom with an Queen-sized bed and the sleeper sofa on comfortable beds and top quality linens. Plush bath towels and toiletries are well stocked and provided for your convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen smart TV, additional TVs in the Family Room, Living Room, and exercise room (11 TVs in total). Most bedrooms and casitas equipped with computer desks and comfortable desk chairs - a perfect environment for home schooling or working from home. Wi-Fi throughout the property inside and out.
A turquoise-blue heated pool and spa, tournament-quality pool table, outdoor ping-pong and foosball, x-box, and club-quality exercise equipment. Two sets of golf-clubs, tennis rackets, and 4 adult-sized bicycles with bike locks and helmets are available for recreation outside the home. This property is a perfect get-away for your family fun and entertainment, or rest and relaxation!

The resort-like south-facing yard has a large heated pool and spa/hot-tub with 12 comfortable loungers. Pool-side umbrellas and misters around the pool keep the pool area comfortable even in the hottest summer weather temperatures. You can relax in the sun around the pool, sit in a shaded area with your favorite book, view the breathtaking mountain views, listen to your music selections on the Sonos sound system inside the house and in the outdoor lounge areas. Natural gas firepit adjacent to the pool area with lots of lounge seating for your enjoyment under the evening moon and stars. Large plush beach towels are plastic beverageware are provided for your use while lounging around the pool.

Outdoor dining room with surrounding music, outdoor heaters, and string lights make outdoor dining a pleasure. A large Weber stainless steel grill and a fully equipped kitchen make cooking a pleasure for even the largest of holiday meals. Fruit trees on the property's own fruit grove emit the citrus blossom fragrances. Imagine picking fresh oranges, mandarins, and lemons to make your own refreshing beverages, or picking a ripe pink grapefruit during the citrus season to enjoy for breakfast.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

We accept reservations through VRBO on-line. In order to reserve, we require 50% of the total cost of the reservation along with receipt of a completed and signed rental agreement. We are not able to hold any reservations pending receipt of funds or the contract, as our property books up rapidly.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. However, if available, we are happy to be flexible with your check-in and check-out times.

Our desire is that you stay at Twin Palms El Paseo Estate be relaxing and enjoyable in our well-appointed home and beautiful surroundings. Palm Desert ordinances require no parking on the street, no noise after 10 pm, and no events or parties. Our residential neighbors are important to us, so it is imperative that ordinances are followed for the living quality of our neighbors. Palm Desert city ordinances have implemented several restrictions. Only persons listed in the rental contract may occupy the home at any time, unless specifically authorized in writing by the owners. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the City for breaches of any by-laws. All fines plus an administration fee of $500/fine as well as any extra charges incurred will be deducted from the Damage Protection Deposit before any refund is issued. Please be advised that parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at Twin Palms El Paseo Estate. Our renters are expected to follow the city restrictions and to treat the property and our neighbors respectfully. For your safety and for pool safety, please no beverages in glass containers around the pool.
