About this property

This GEM is perfect for all of your lake vacation needs. 1 mile to both London Bridge and Windsor launch ramp. The house includes a large driveway and over 100' RV parking on the side of the house. No garage access for short-term renters (less than 90 days).

This house is newly updated and has a saltwater pool and spa. Come enjoy the beautifully landscaped and perfectly lit back yard that includes a propane BBQ and plenty of seating for you to relax. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all gorgeously decorated with real wood doors and travertine tile throughout.

Riverview Retreat sleeps UP to 8 people, inclusive of any children.

The Master Suite has a King bed, a large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and a private ensuite that has his and her sinks, and a walk-in cave shower.

Each of the two additional guest rooms has a Queen size bed with newer mattresses.

For additional guests there is a floor mattress pad available. Extra pillows and blankets are also provided.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

POOL IS NOT HEATABLE AND NOT ALLOWED.
Spa can be heated for an additional fee.
Due to liability reasons, we can not allow early check-in times, or late check out times.

WiFi provided, however it can be spotty. We have limited providers in town, and the service we have is the best available.

Perfect spot

Nice little gem, close to London Bridge area.

Wife and I rented the place for a weekend getaway. Location couldn't have been better, as it was close the the London Bridge area. The house is beautiful, but no privacy in the backyard between cameras and neighbors. Jen the owner was awesome. The inside of the house was great, a few housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed, but not a big deal. The biggest disappointment was the 1 ply sandpaper they supply in the bathroom. For the cost I would expect toilet paper that doesn't hurt, so bring your own if that's a big deal for you. We would definitely rent this for the family next time we return to Lake Havasu. Rent this with confidence.

Beautiful and Relaxing
