This was my third visit to this same apartment. I love the location, it’s always clean, it feels very safe, and they’re very gracious aboutdogs. I do think the furniture could stand to be updated a little in the living room. But that will not keep me from staying there again.

Outstanding. We really enjoy staying here. We are a repeat renter. The unit is very very clean and doesn’t smell. The only on going issue is the cleaning service doesn’t clean under the beds. Animal pet hair and dust balls. We leave the unit as clean as we rented it. We will definitely will stay here again, great location and nice neighborhood, outstanding fire department station 7 and police department.

This was our second stay at one of Len & Kristy’s properties. The location is great, it is an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is well-maintained. The kitchen has lots of supplies. Beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy off street parking, big kitchen area with all of the plates, utensils, cooking tools, and appliances we needed. Beds were nice and comfortable, bathrooms and living room were clean as well. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience.

Amazing property

These hosts provide an absolutely perfect place to stay, for both humans and dogs! It is a quick walk to the beach and Old A1A which has tons of options to eat. The property is VERY clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and they even set you up with a bottle of Prosecco! I’ll be seeking out their properties next year!

2 1/2 blocks from beautiful St Augustine beach. Lush yard with outdoor furniture to sit and drink morning coffee and listen to the waves crash. Inside is all new and well decorated. Very comfortable and cozy for your rest and relaxation. You will love every minute at 208 C Street a beachy chic retreat by the sea.

St. Augustine Beach has everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – sunny accommodations, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beachside pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court. Time spent in St. Augustine Beach can be as active or as laid-back as you like.
