Enjoy your spacious balcony facing the East for optimal sunrise views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Coveted lower floor which captures dune, sand and surf!

Open concept floor plan offers views from your kitchen/dining/living area. Floor to ceiling windows for maximum views of the Gulf from every room. Large balcony offers plenty of room for relaxing.

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of kitchenware to prepare a feast. Dining table sits 6.

Split bedroom floor plan has master on one side and one bedroom and den/bedroom on opposite side allowing privacy.

Master bedroom features a king size bed, television, large walk-in closet and en suite bath. Bedroom two has a king size bed, television and en suite. Bedroom three/den has a twin bed with twin trundle. This room does not have a door.

We've stayed in Michael's condo before & always find it charming. We watched beautiful sunrises from our wonderful balcony, while enjoying coffee from the coffee bar. We napped with our dog & shopped & ate at our favorite places. Our dog loved the dog park & walking on the beach. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool that looks out on the gulf. The week was relaxing & fun & the condo was much of the reason why.

Palisade Palms delight

We loved our stay. Clean, well located, well stocked with a full functioning kitchen. Even had a choice of beach toys for the kids and a beach umbrella that was most appreciated. Patio was large with a beautiful view. Owner was promptly responsive to questions. Thanks for sharing with us!

Amazing property, enjoyed everyday. This property had everything we needed to feel right at home, plenty of extras as well. Clean and comfortable, easy check in. The location was close to everything but far enough to relax on a more open beach. The resort offered some cool amenities too like putting green, game room with pool, Foosball, board games, air hocky. Not one issue or concern to speak on.

Galveston Heaven!

Beautiful property…even more beautiful than the pictures! Place was so well appointed & decorated. We had everything we needed and everything we didn’t know we needed! The beach and property at Palisade Palms are THE BEST on the island! The guests were all so friendly. As a dog lover, getting to see happy dogs during our stay was a huge bonus. Will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a fabulous week!

We adored our time here. The property was perfect for our family. Ammenities were perfect for kids of all ages- and the private beach access couldnt be beat. It was nice to be secluded on East Beach away feom thr bustle of the Seawall but with easy access over to all the main attractions.The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and the balcony views were amazing. But best of all was the host who was super communicative from booking thru the stay. And his welcome packet was top notch! We'll definately be back!

We chose the Palisade Palms because of location, amenities and accessibility. We chose this particular unit because by far it showed the most attention to detail when it comes to decor and that is extremely important to me; being that my daughter and myself are both disabled we spend tons of time and don't venture out as much when we vacation. The photos do not do the unit justice, it is spectacularly decorated. Well stocked with all the necessities for daily living and beach life, and then some... the only thing missing was a rolling beach cart, but they now have one. Our gift to you for a fantastic stay, we will book again soon.

Great location and perfect floor plan

Our family of 6 plus dog so enjoyed our stay at Michael's condo - clean and spacious, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of daily supplies as well as some extras we didn't anticipate. The condo management and staff are also top-notch. Quiet, too, though we were there over a busy holiday. This will be our preferred destination for future vacations in Galveston!

Grandsons National Gymnastics Meet Getaway at Palisade Palms Resort

Palisade Palms is a beautiful resort with amazing views of the ocean, pool and morning sunrises! The amenities at this resort are great! I loved the area it is in, far enough away from the crowded areas but close enough with just a short drive to enjoy all the restaurants and entertainment. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and was supplied with everything we needed. If we were ever to visit Galveston again I would be definitely stay at Palisade Palms Resort again!

Stunning Beach Serenity~

Spectacular location and amenities, our family had a fantastic week together here. Morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views of the sunrise and the rhythmic waves tumbling onto the pristine beach made for perfect memories each day of our stay. The unit is well stocked with supplies to anticipate any need in the kitchen and for time at the beach. Host Micheal had excellent communication throughout the process, check in/out was smooth, and many recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!

We LOVE to stay at Michael's condo! It's always clean & SO comfortable. We love the fourth floor view while sitting on the balcony with our coffee. The whole property is so nicely maintained. My grandchildren drove down from Houston for the day & SO enjoyed the beach. It was a wonderful way to spend family time with them. We enjoyed eating out & shopping as well as chilling by the pool. It was a great vacation, & we were sad to leave.

Absolutely AWESOME!

The condo was wonderful! When Tropical Storm Imelda rained for 3 days, we had coffee from the complimentary coffee bar downstairs, worked on a jigsaw puzzle from the game room, & watched the mighty wind & waves from our own generously sized balcony. We stayed an extra day to end our trip with sunshine! We loved our time in Galveston & believe that the condo with all of its amenities helped make the storm not just bearable but enjoyable.

Can't say enough about this rental. 5 stars in all areas! Palisades is an amazing place, and the staff treat you like family. Palisades is not your standard high rise Condo, it's a luxury site, and offer amazing amenities, including deluxe accommodations, pool, several hot tubs, mezzanine coffee bar, and easy access. Our unit was exactly as described, and was well stocked with supplies. I can see why our host, Michael, is a "Super Host" as he went above and beyond to support us. He checked on a regular basis to make sure all was ok, and recommended restaurants and things to do, based on our interest. Will definitely stay here again on our return trip, and assure anyone considering this unit you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Property!

I've stayed at Palisade Palms several times and this is a stand out property. This wonderful condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I usually purchase/bring beach toys but read there were some in the condo. It was great to be able to borrow/use these verses having to pack and/or purchase them. The TV/cable package has a zillion channels which is great when there are playoff games and/or a rainy day. We were fortunate to have amazing weather, so not much TV watching, except for those playoff games. Previous guests shared items like laundry detergent and ziplock bags. I had purchased these items as I've always needed to and was surprised to find them in the condo. This property feels like you are staying at a friend's home verses a rental property. The owner is very personable, prompt, and thorough in communications. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect doesn’t even come close to describing!

Michael’s beach condo was clean, luxurious, cozy, and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again and again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! You were a wonderful host. We had absolutely zero issues. The building felt safe and secure, parking was great, we used the washer and dryer daily for towels and wet swimsuits etc, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic (my husband would wonder about this 😆), the AC was cold, the water was hot, the kitchen had absolutely everything you’d need or want. We used the crockpot to have dinners ready when we came back from long days at the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, and waking up to beautiful ocean views. I never once heard any neighbors or noise from the hallway. The pool was clean and never crowded. Every dog owner did a great job of picking up after their pet, so you barely noticed there were pets there. The areas to walk your dog were large, well kept, and extremely convenient. The elevators are fast and were never crowded. (Bring lots of Deet mosquito spray, they were bigger than seagulls and extremely hungry) I can’t speak for the twin bed or the televisions as we literally did not even touch those. If you’re a planner like me- There were enough coffee filters there for at least the next year, so don’t worry about bringing those. There are various seasonings and powdered Coffee Mate coffee creamer was also available. The provided laundry detergent was All Free and Clear.

Why they chose this property

The Palisade Palms is located on the East Beach of Galveston Island which is quieter and slower pace. However, it is very close to the historic district with wonderful restaurants, tourist activities and shopping. The condo is faces the beach and provides wonderful views of the beach, gulf waves and ship traffic.

What makes this property unique

This condo is about 6 floors above the dunes/beach, so you have a beautiful view of and connection to the beach. The balcony faces east with an uninterrupted view of the stunning sunrise. The balcony avoids the afternoon sun and the pool activities, for a quiet evening on the balcony!
