Wonderful property for families

It was a nice, large house with plenty of amenities! We had lots of space and we loved the location. It was a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood but also super easy to get to many places! We would definitely stay again!

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and the owner was very nice and always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. We loved having a heated pool and the screened in Arizona room with the swing! We would definitely recommend this house to people.

Havasu stay

My family and I wanted to spend a weekend in Havasu for my brother’s birthday. We truly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for 9 adults and one almost 2 year old. We especially loved the pool considering how how it was the weekend of our stay. Would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious, comfortable accommodations, with a great layout. Slight concern about maintenance and cleaning which we discussed with the owner. Great location and quiet neighborhood!

House size and location excellent

1. Television had 80 % lousy programs. Many were over 50 years old. 2. We were either too hot or too cold all the time. Furnace was programmed and we did not know how to set it to our needs. 3. Furniture was uncomfortable like it was bought at a second hand store. 4. Not enough wash cloths. We had five wash cloths for all four of us. We had to wash towels almost every day. 5. The dishwasher was probably made in the 1940's. They are replacing that. On the plus side: 1. The house is nice and big and in a great location. 2. The house had a very nice heated pool. 3. The house had very nice walk-in closets. Plenty of closet space. 4. Very nice screened-in patio in the back with plenty of chairs and tables and a swing. 5. Nice walk-in shower off the master bedroom. 6. Nice kitchen with large pantry.

Jackie-- Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the home size, location, heated pool, large closets, screened patio, master bathroom, and kitchen. We are sorry that some of the other items were not to your liking, and we want to take time to respond so others can understand your comments. (1) As noted in the listing, the home has 3 new Samsung HD Smart TVs installed this year. While we can't control the programming that you choose to watch, the TVs are equipped with an HD Antenna and the ability to sign into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, or Hulu account if you choose. (2) The thermostat is a standard thermostat. It is user adjustable, and you could have changed the temperature to your liking. There is central heat and AC in the home. (3) The furniture is not from a secondhand store. Our other guests actually find it very comfortable! There is a large leather couch and two leather recliners in the family room. The beds have new bedding this year, and the mattresses are either new this year or in excellent condition. (4) It is expected for longer stays that you will need to do laundry in the home's laundry room. However, we provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and a separate pool towel for every guest. If additional linens are necessary, you just needed to ask. (5) The dishwasher was older (but not from the 1940s as suggested). As you noted, it was replaced after your stay with a brand-new dishwasher. As per our routine, we did check in by text and phone during your stay, and we were available as needed. The only concern you noted was not understanding the TV, and we did send someone out to help you with the technology. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, overall. We would have been happy to help you through any of the other issues if you had called with concerns. We hope that others will see that many of the issues that were raised had simple solutions, and we are just a phone call away. Thanks for staying with us.
