The garden of 1000 m2 includes a swimming pool 8 x 4m with large terrace and an outdoor bar.
It is a relaxing and very pleasant home both inside and out.
Ideally located in a quiet area, with bike path and bus stop in the street.
The Pilat dune and the ocean beaches are 15 minutes from the house. Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage city is 45 minutes away. The vineyards of Saint Emilion, they are only 1 hour drive.
You have the choice between the beach or the cultural visits !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Caroline et Ludo qui sont vraiment géniaux et d’une incroyable gentillesse! A peine arrivés que nous avions l’impression de les connaître depuis des années! Ils sont chaleureux à l’image de leur maison et grâce à eux, je suis incollable sur les huîtres! 😂Tout est là pour que l’on s’y sente bien et à proximité de tout les lieux incontournables du bassin. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec avec grand plaisir! Et pour finir, comme l’on dit les enfants : « C’était incroyable »! Merci pour tout!

fabtastique séjour en famille dans superbe villa sur bassin

Nous avons passé un semaine en août dans la villa de Ludovic et Caroline. Le séjour était vraiment fantastique globalement. La maison est magnifique avec un style très « bassin ». Elle est décorée avec goût, très bien équipée et impeccable niveau propreté. La piscine est également extraordinaire. Enfin, Ludovic et Caroline sont des hôtes extra avec un rare sens de l’accueil. Schönes Haus mit Persönlichkeit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Gujan-Mestras in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus der sympathischen Gastgeber Ludovic und Caroline ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Man kann hervorragend kochen. Der Pool und die Tischtennisplatte (Schläger vorhanden) waren das Highlight unserer Kinder. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das Bassin d‘Arcachon und das Cap Ferret zu erkunden. Wir sagen Merci beaucoup!

The property has all that you will require for your stay. Ideal location for exploring the Bay of Arcachon, Bordeaux, Bird Reserve at Le Teich and coastal walks. Oyster growing area, so seafood excellent. The owners very friendly, helpful. and generous. Expect a box of oysters in the fridge for your arrival.

Caroline et Ludovic sont très accueillants, ils prennent le temps d'informer les arrivants et de répondre aux questions. Ils sont toujours disponibles. Séjour coup de cœur !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Caroline et Ludovic. Leur accueil est très chaleureux et ce sont des hôtes vraiment attachants. Leur maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Un gros plus pour la magnifique piscine qui nous a permis de "survivre" à ces quelques jours de canicule ! Gujan Mestras est une ville très accueillante avec de nombreux commerces de qualité et une très bonne localisation pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Unterkunft, ein ehemaliges Wohnhaus, ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Schöner Garten mit Pool den wir als zusätzlichen „Wohnraum“ nutzen konnten. Merci beaucoup.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir et apprécier les richesses du bassin d'Arcachon.

Cette maison d'architecte est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Ancienne résidence principale de la famille: Cela se mesure immédiatement au regard du charme et de l'ambiance qui y règne. Rien ne manque à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Il y fait bon vivre. Un véritable plaisir de s'y retrouver le soir ou d'y flâner dans la journée. Idéal pour 6 personnes. A souligner la grande disponibilité et l'accueil des propriétaires. Un surprise devrait vous y attendre... Nous y retournerions bien volontiers.
