Cozy 3-room apartment, very comfortable on the 2nd floor of a very quiet and secure residence. Ideally located in the heart of the outer harbor.
Situation:
You have everything nearby, no need to take your car !!!
Private and secure parking
Beach and sea at 30m. Restaurant, grocery store, bakery 100m away. Market once a week at 100m (at the port).
Marine aquarium at 200m; Center port at 800m.
Aqualand, leisure island, golf course 3km away.
Bus stop to reach Agde station or another 30m away.

Interior:
3 room apartment, sunny, 45 m2 plus a closed or open loggia of 6 m2 with views of the port, sea and Pyrenees.
This loggia is equipped with a plancha, armchair, table and chairs.
1 living room with a convertible sofa (160 cm bed) and flat screen TV
1 dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher)
1 bedroom with 1 large 140 cm bed, plus cupboard, wardrobe shelves.
1 fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bonne soirée, nous étions dans cet appartement de bon goût la deuxième fois, nous n'avons rien manqué, tout est là pour un usage quotidien, pour cuisiner, etc. L'appartement est meublé avec amour et la vue tous les matins sur le port est tout simplement magnifique et en deux minutes vous êtes sur la plage et avez des restaurants à proximité.

Comme une deuxième maison.

l'emplacement de l'appartement meublé avec amour et propre est tout simplement merveilleux. Vous pouvez atteindre à la fois la plage et le port et divers restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé les meilleures vacances de notre vie et reviendrons certainement. Dans l'appartement, il ne manquait rien de simple et merveilleusement meublé avec amour et l'équipement est génial. Nous attendons avec impatience les prochaines vacances.

Appartement bien situé, très belle vue. très bien équipé, très propre, neuf, très bonne literie. Comme à la maison. propriétaire très sympa, toutes les instructions ont été données avant l'arrivée. propriétaire à l'écoute. Bien très spacieux très propre bien situé calme et pas trop loin de petits commerces, de restaurant. Pour les amateurs près de la plage. Vue de la terrasse sur un petit bout du port. Au deuxième sans ascenseur et pas de climatisation seules précisions à faire
