This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom spacious home will book up fast. Located in the popular Naples Park neighborhood this home is between 2 world class beaches, Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach. Mercato Shopping & Dining District is just a a quick 5 minute drive & Downtown Naples is just 15 minutes. 2 bicycles available for you to be at the beach in 5 minutes.

The Space:
Upon entering the home you will be delighted with the tasteful Florida décor throughout. The main living area, family room and master bedroom are all equipped with TV's that are set up with Comcast Xfinity cable service; including free Wifi for our guests. Sonos speaker system throughout, just download the app to enjoy streaming music.

You will be delighted preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal morning, noon or night. Sit a the bar or dining room table.

The spacious living room looks out over the lushly landscaped backyard, pool deck & lanai. Our living room area also features a flat screen smart tv.

Master Bedroom: 1 Kind Bed with attached private bathroom & walk in closet.
Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
2nd Guest: 1 Queen Bed & 1 Twin Bed

All towels, hand towels, wash cloths are provided for guest comfort; along with additional bed linens and pillows & toiletries.

Great for a week away

The property has been recently updated and was very comfortable for our family with three teens. Just a short drive to the beach and a nice pool we used every day. Hoping to come back soon!

A perfect Naples getaway

The property is gorgeous inside and out. We enjoyed all of the amenities (and there are many!). The house is completely updated with beautiful finishes--and comfy beds--plus the outdoor seating and pool area is a tropical oasis. We loved our stay; we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice stay in Naples

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard was perfect and the house had everything we needed. There was construction on the street when we arrived (not their fault) but the manager was very responsive and did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacations

Very clean house. Easily accesible to the beach. 3 min to Vanderbilt Beach by car. Bonus was the beach accesories (chairs, cooler). The property is perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the pool and grill. All in all, highly recommend.

Best house in the Vanderbilt area!

I’ve stayed in multiple homes when visiting Naples. I come every summer with my family. This time I came with a my girls and it was definitely a place I’d come back to with my family! The house was clean… I mean every nook and cranny, the fridge, the furniture, the bathrooms… immaculate! The backyard was our favorite! It’s super private and so like an “oasis” away from home. It’s not a short walk from the beach, but we didn’t mind loading up the car and driving to Bluebell (which is way better than parking near the Ritz). Publix and a plethora of restaurants are SO CLOSE BY! I recommend The Hampton Social for brunch :) Without a doubt a property I would stay at again and again!

Saye Visit

This was our first trip to Florida as a family and our first Christmas trip. My sister and her family are staying at the house next door for a month so it was very convenient being next to them. The property we stayed in was perfect for us and I can't say enough good things about it. The pool and back yard were especially enjoyable given that we came from the winter weather of Idaho and Montana!
