House of 108 m2 classified tourist residence 3 * located in Brem-sur-mer in the former fishing village of La Gachère, 800 m from the beach and the Granges des Dunes, 300 m from the forest of Olonne.
The trail for pedestrians and cyclists on the Vendée coast, close to the house, allows you to discover wonderful scenic sites: marshes, pine forests and oaks, beaches, dunes ...
Old house completely renovated in 2018, it is composed in the ground floor of an entrance, a toilet, a storeroom with washing machine and storage, a large living room of 50 m2 with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher), upstairs 3 bedrooms with storage (2 beds of 140, 2 beds of 90 bunk), a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC. Cot and baby chair available.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen provided.
Private courtyard, closed with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars.
Animals are allowed under conditions.
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and medium season and 7 nights in high season.
