Architect's house of 180m² in the heart of the marshes, located 3km from the wild beach of Sauveterre (also accessible by cycle paths)

Beautiful bike rides or walks will take you along the wild coast to Les Sables d'Olonne, seafront, pedestrian streets, large beach, casinos, zoo...

The house is composed of 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.

Two bedrooms with 160 beds, one with a 140 bed and the last one consisting of two single 90 beds.

Numerous outdoor spaces with garden furniture, sun loungers, plancha, unfortunately not currently visible (wintering).

Enclosed ground.

Cleaning is included.

Household and toilet linen is provided (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mat, bath towel, hand towel, tea towels)

Animals are accepted except cats (allergy problem)

What am amazing house. The photos do not do it justice at all. There was do much spaces and do many different places to sit and eat and enjoy the sunshine. It was a great place for the dogs as they had plenty of secure space to wander it and the situation meant we had plenty of places to walk them. The house was comfortable and well equipped with an eclectic mix of old and new. The ripe ftesh figs everyday

Maison idéale pour retrouvailles familiales

Comme dans une maison principale rien ne manque . Propriété bien close qui permet d’avoir ses véhicules en sécurité …comme son animal de compagnie (chien) …Accueil des hôtes (Armelle) très rassurant qui donne envie ….y revenir ! Proximité de la nature Entrée pour les véhicules un peu étroite.La bande végétalisée à gauche en descendant vers la maison pourrait être supprimée . Lorsque l’on a plusieurs voitures …on a obligation de passer sur la pelouse en descendant de son véhicule …ce qui par temps humide peut salir les chaussures ….donc le carrelage

Magnifique villa au coeur du marais

Très belle villa, alliant modernité et cachet, vaste et lumineuse, décorée avec goût et finesse. Malheureusement en février, sans sèche linge ou étendoir intérieur, difficile de faire sécher son linge! Un espace dressing serait nécessaire à l'entrée ainsi qu'un rangement pour les chaussures. Le moteur de la pompe à chaleur contre la paroi extérieure de la suite parentale emet un bourdonnement gênant, mais difficile de le changer de place !
