My fiancé and I had a great stay at this place! The neighborhood is quite safe and beautiful, plus there are many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested in staying in the SLC area!
Clean,Walkable to transportation or Salt Palace.Trim fell off of central kitchen island, there is a crack in the fiber glass tub/shower enclosure.Close to nice sushi restaurant.
We were in salt lake city for Young Living convention and love that we could walk to the convention center, grocery and restaurants. The rental was well equipped and they use natural products! Thank you and we hope to stay here again!
The location was ideal there were many restaurants and stores close by. The host was easy to get a hold of if we needing anything the only thing that you should be aware of is the parking is an extra cost and the bed was really firm.

The property was great! What sold me was the easy access gym. Then the bed felt like I was hugged by clouds when it was time to call it a night!
Nice and fully stocked kitchen utensils, soaps, coffee etc. Very professional rental that aims to please. Host was very helpful with special needs that we had.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in SLC due to this VRBO. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to really good food. Need to be a tad cleaver with the parking but all in all really simple. I spend a lot of time in SLC for business and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Great property and views from the balcony. Super communications from the owner. Secure building and area that is walkable to downtown, City Creek and restaurants.
Lovely apartment conveniently located in central Salt Lake City. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with private covered parking. The hosts were very accommodating which I really appreciate! Clear instructions on how to check in and access the apartment which made it super easy. Highly recommended !
I have stayed here before I really like the view and the location with under building parking. I don’t think you should have to pay an additional price for the parking lol.
But I will stay at this facility again, and I recommend it to others highly
We enjoyed this apartment! It was nice, at the same cost for a hotel room, to have more space. There is a nice view out the balcony. Kitchen area is well appointed. Less than a block to Japanese restaurant and 1.5 blocks to another restaurant. And bakery behind the apartment. The only thing to be aware of - the listing isn't clear on bed details. There is one queen size bed in the bedroom. and then the couch folds out. We were easily able to add on parking. The host was responsive in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!
My son is attending the U in the fall and we were in town for orientation. Perfect size for 2 of us. Modern, clean, everything seemed brand new. We rented a car and the parking garage was a plus. Great location! We jumped on 2 lime scooters and went downtown for dinner and it was only a 7 minute drive to the University. Excellent communication with the property manager before and after our trip. They made lots of recommendations that were really helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again!
The people who live above this unit are beyond LOUD!!!! They sound like they are running back and forth all night long. Screaming and dropping things the entire time we were here! DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!! We could have stayed at a hotel for much less then this and been a lot happier. They made this sound like you could walk downtown, you cannot! We ended up arriving a day late and if we had any idea how horrible this would be we never would have stayed here! There are two cheap towels …I couldn’t say enough bad things about this dump!!
Beautiful view of the city & the mountins of Salt Lake !!
The place was nice but lacked a dresser to put your clothes, and lacked tupper wear & bigger pans to cook with...Also the jacuzzi wasn't working, NO HOT WATER...Which was very disappointing...My son was really looking forward to that !!
I had a sister Stay nearby undergoing radiation treatment at the huntsman clinic. She was staying at Hope Lodge and it was less than a block away. Perfect for our morning coffee together and sharing the evenings. Proximity to my work appointments was great. Of course there’s the usual traffic of downtown, but that’s everywhere.
