Villa Oasis - Beautiful Pool Home on a Gulf Access Canal

When ready to submit a booking request, you will need to include the # of travelers in your party.

Villa Oasis comes with contemporary leather sofas, chairs, dining rooms sets and bedrooms were brought in to create a truly upscale home that does not have the upscale price. With over 3,000 sqft you will not have to wonder if you and your guests have enough room to make yourselves comfortable in this one of a kind rental. The huge great room has a sectional sofa, a dining area with a round table that seats 6 and a breakfast table for four people.
The kitchen has everything you or your beloved can ask for from cookwear to nice silver wear. There is a nice granite countertop bar with stools for casual eating or observing the action in the kitchen. The elegant master suite has a king-size bed with a high head board, a comfortable sofa-chair and a 32” TV. Two big closets, 2 separate sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a specious shower make the bath perfect. For the guests, there are 3 guest-bedrooms, one with a queen-bed and one with two twin-beds and also an Office with a full-size mattress sleeper sofa. All the rooms are decorated with a different theme and color. On the patio you'll find relaxing sun chaises to help you get your Florida tan.

A BBQ grill is available to you and there is outdoor seating for 6 seats . It is for sure, after you enjoyed the Florida outdoors you will enjoy even more coming home to this great Florida indoor.

Absolutely no parties or get-togethers!
No more than 4 addition visitors during the day.

Should more guest stay at the home than the reservation states there shall be a $50 fee per person per night.

Pets are allowed, with approval, for a fee of:
stay under 1 week: $10 per day per pet.
stay under 1 month: $50 per week per pet.
stay over 1 month: $150 per pet pet month.

Prices are up to 4 guests, there is an additional charge of $25/night per guest after that.

Be aware of different week and weekend rates.

The BBQ is not included in the cleaning fee if left dirty, there will be an additional fee of $30.

The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed sheets.
There is also a very basic supply of toilet paper, kitchen towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.
Please bring more of these supplies for a longer stay.
No personal toiletries are provided.

Relaxing get away in Cape Coral

Our family loved our stay in Cape Coral! This home was super clean and had everything we needed! We spent many hours chilling in the huge pool and hot tub!

Beautiful Home with Lots of Space

The home was gorgeous, very clean, organized, lots of items to cook with & a very warm pool sooo relaxing. Bonus we saw a Manatee, Burrowing Owls next door, 2 bikes to ride, fishing poles, pool toys & cooler and able to park in the garage. New appliances that are in great working order. Lots of table space. We loved the couches gorgeous & comfortable. The host was very responsive throughout the process & easy to work with. Great location too! Note: Be careful with the refrigerator door so it doesn't damage the owners property....it opens very far hitting the counter or person standing behind it.

Spacious and Comfortable Vacation Home

The house was very spacious with large rooms, high ceilings, and plenty of table/dining areas. The yard was nicely landscaped, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and being able to have coffee and dinners on the lanai. We noticed two burrowing owl nesting sites designated just down the street and even saw a pair of owls at one of the sites. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. We were grateful for the basic items in the kitchen (spices, paper towel, dish soap, etc.) and also for the beach items (umbrella) in the garage. Great trip!

Great place to stay

This property was amazing. My children and I was here for a week and loved every minute of it. The house had plenty of space for everyone and kids didn't want to leave the pool.
