Spectacular, direct oceanfront condo with upgraded kitchen! See striking sunsets & watch dolphins and whales from the top floor lanai (please note, this complex does not have elevators).

As you enter this gorgeous condo, you will immediately be drawn to the lanai where you will enjoy captivating oceanfront views & refreshing sea breezes. Kick back and relax as you appreciate the ambiance of the Hawaiian tropics – swaying palms, crashing ocean waves, salty sea air, and the intoxicating smell of fragrant local flora. During the day, you can watch stand-up paddle boarders, para-gliders, and boaters sail past. In the evenings enjoy unobstructed sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. In the winter months you may even glimpse migrating humpback whales!

The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and granite counter-tops. You will enjoy a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, while the living room includes a sofa bed with comfortable queen-sized mattress for extra guests. The condo is fully stocked with kitchenware, linens, washer & dryer, and other amenities to ensure your complete comfort. The property has free parking and WiFi.

The Sea Village resort community is impeccably maintained with lush tropical landscaping, sparkling oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, and large courtyard complete with four barbeque grills and picnic tables. In the evening, charming tiki torches light the way to the central garden and private oceanfront pool area.

Located on Alii Drive, the condo is located about a mile walk to downtown Kailua-Kona's restaurants, shops, and open-air markets. The property is only a five-minute drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park, one of the best snorkel beaches on the Big Island where Hawaiian sea turtles bask in the sun and its calm, clear waters make it easy to spot brightly colored fish and coral. This property offers easy access to endless Hawaiian adventures: beaches, hiking, sailing, golfing + more.

Breathtaking

Relaxation is what my husband and I needed after my recent shoulder surgery. We spent about 75% of our time on the island in our condo. Sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast and lunch was so pleasant. Our afternoon naps in the living room were so relaxing with the sound of the waves. The breathtaking sunsets were amazing as well! This property will definitely be first on our list for our next visit to Kona.

Paradise found

We walked in to the sound of the ocean. The lanai is almost over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook if you don't want to eat out. The bed was really comfy. The host has beach chairs, googles, cooler.. We couldn't get the Internet and contacted the management company. They responded within 30 seconds. Great customer service. We will stay here again.

ALL AROUND MAGICAL EXPERIENCE

We walked into this beautiful condo minutes before sunset after a very long day. Opening the sliding glass door brought in the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks and the view of one of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen!!! You are literally in the magnificent lava rocks! The condo is Lovely...beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. The ceiling fans along with the floor stand fans and the ocean breezes provided all the cooling we needed. This was a magical experience from start to finish!!! Thank you for this forever memory!
