Welcome to our secluded Tabernash Log Home Getaway! Perfect for families, sleeping 14 in beds, bunk room, pool table, and landscaped back area with 8-person hot tub, fire pit and picnic tables.

Heated garage with snow-shoes on the wall. Home included in-floor radiant heat, modern TV's with Direct TV, 5G internet, exposed log construction, front and back porches.

Five (5) bedrooms including:
Main-floor master with walk-in closet and bathroom
Two (2) main-floor guest rooms with double-beds and bathroom
Lower-level master with family room area and bathroom
Top-floor bunk room with five (5) single beds adjacent to pool table and TV room

Back yard is secluded with acreage, forest areas, and a Bullfrog 8-person hot tub/spa to relax after a long day on the slopes or on the golf course. Fire pit and picnic tables. Weber propane grill for cooking out.

Convenient location only 15 mins from Fraser Safeway and shops, Winter Park mountain, Granby Ranch ski area, YMCA Snow Mountain horseback riding, Grand Lake boating/fishing and kayaking. Pole Creek Golf Club is 10 mins away for beautiful golf, and Devil's Thumb Ranch is 10 mins away for horseback riding and spa.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Housekeeping arrives promptly at 10:00am. Please be completely out by that time.

Please take the trash to the containers in the garage. Remove all perishable foods from the fridge or pantry. You may leave unopened non-perishable foods and condiments.

Make sure the garage door opener gets back into the nook drawer in the kitchen, and the keys into the lockbox by the garage entrance. Thanks!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No fireworks are allowed at the house or on the property at any time due to fire risks.

We do not allow smoking cigarettes, vapes, joints, or any other form of marijuana products inside the house, or the garage, or on the decks or patios.

Dogs are not allowed in the house without direct permission from the owners.

What makes this property unique

Our house is a true log home that feels cozy for family gatherings on the main level, but offers the ability to spread out with master bedrooms on two levels, and a bunk room for the kids. Our backyard area allows for families and friends to enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, hammocks and picnic tables without seeing another home. Maybe a friendly elk, fox or a moose on a good morning!
