The apartment is located in a villa, the entrance is independent, the exteriors also (terrace and garden).

It has modern comfort and can accommodate up to two couples with two children and a baby.

- 1 sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate 2 additional children and a travel cot on request.


Close to the beaches of the Côte d'Azur, Monaco and the Italian border.

Ideal for coming to discover the French Riviera. Whether for the carnival, the lemon festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes festival or just to enjoy and discover our beautiful region.

Air conditioned apartment. Towels and sheets provided.
Facilities: washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, oven, induction hob, air conditioning, TV, wifi, travel cot, vacuum cleaner.

One or two parking spaces possible in front of the house.
Less than 10 minutes by car from the city center.
Bus stop in front of the house line 64 terminus Nice Center station

Possibility to arrive Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. The other days from 7 p.m.

Spent a good holiday there. Everything is new and the place is really clean. The view is amazing. The owners are always ready to help, but also discrete. It is recommended to have a car, but you can also get to the city by bus. Would surely come back for another stay.
