Perfect home for our mini family reunion! Outside area was wonderful and the kitchen was perfect, plenty of room for us all to gather and enjoy ourselves! Bedrooms were very comfortable, and Paul and Heather were wonderful, communication was excellent. We are talking about renting it again next year!

Absolutely perfect! Great communication! Gorgeous property with stunning views. Everything was well kept and we had everything we could possibly need. The pictures online did not do it justice. What a great family vacation spot with plenty of room and so many places to hang out together.

We had a group of 9 stay at this home and we had an awesome time! The outdoor area had a big grill, lots of seating, plus a pool and hot tub which were great. Ample space for folks to sleep, and Paul was always quick to communicate. Would definitely reccomend this lovely home and host

Loved our stay during Spring Break! The pool was a welcomed relief from an especially hot (over 100) week. The layout with two large on-suite bedrooms and two standard bedrooms worked well for our family dynamic, giving everyone space and privacy when needed. The kitchen, living rooms, and outdoor space are conducive for large families or group entertainment. The location is also ideal for quick access to all that Scottsdale offers.

Communication with the host was amazing!! This home is wonderful! We enjoyed our morning coffee by the pool and relaxing by the firepit in the evenings. This is the ideal property for a group gathering. There is plenty of room for everyone!

The property listed a pool on the property , however it was not heated and unusable. We visit from the north in March at Spring break to a warm state to enjoy the sun and swim in the pool. When I contacted the owner he stated "that it has been unseasonably warm this year that it (the pool) may be bearable". We pay a significant amount to come to Scottsdale every March. Will not be staying there again!

We had a lovely week-long stay! The property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out for our three generations. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept so well! We appreciated all the amenities and especially the coffee bar and starter supplies.

Everything about this home was perfect! The layout allowed all of us to have our space while still being able to comfortably all be in the same room. We only left this property once to head out to dinner...it was that great! We hung out at the pool, we had a blast around the large island, and the beds were so comfortable we all slept so soundly. I highly recommend this property!!!

My friends and I had a FANTASTIC stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Besides being a beautiful home, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, the home was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of when a very unusual storm hit Phoenix. I would definitely rent this home again!

Check in so easy as well as check out. Traveled with elderly and house was very good fit for them. Very comfortable and verily kind prop owners. We would recommend to anyone. House close to everything! Best part was coffee bar then pool then bbq area. Very nice family stay.

House was beautiful and well appointed. Back yard was fabulous. Master suite was very hot compared to the rest of the house so we used a provided tower fan to pull cool air into the suite. I would still stay there again.

This listing is luxurious and in a very upscale neighborhood We will be competitively priced with the more high quality properties due to the location, lot size and quality inside and out. Professional mist system installed in back yard a MUST for summer visitors! Without it, your outdoor time will be very limited, even at night where it can still be 100deg.

What makes this property unique

Attention summer visitors!! Property has a commercial mist system in back yard! You will not spend more than 10 minutes outside in the AZ summer heat without this type of mist system. Even at night! Consider that when looking at other properties.
