Everything about this property was amazing. My husband, myself, our twin 14 year old granddaughters and their two friends spent the week of fall break here. The property was supplied with everything we needed. We loved the pool and short walk to the beach. The girls enjoyed playing ping pong and the variety of board games. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cocoa beach was always my yearly vacation with my parents growing up, and it was so exciting to bring my parents back with my husband for another memorable visit. Staying at this home was the best option I did and my family really had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The puppies enjoyed their stay as well. Beautiful home, pool and sunroom. I would recommend this location to anyone. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Our family of 6 (parents, 3 teens, and a 10 year old) loved this property! We were very comfortable and loved the location so close to the beach. The pool and backyard area is amazing and totally makes the stay. The kitchen and home had everything we needed to make it super easy. Very communicative and hospitable hosts.

What a fun beach house. Great for a family with kids or a quiet get away. 2min walk to the beach or stay back with the amazing heated pool and fun backyard. Will be coming back im sure.

We love this beach house! We have stayed 3 times, and always have a great time. Our dog loves the beach; such a peaceful getaway from hectic South Florida. The house is big as a 3BR/2Bath. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. We also enjoyed playing foosball this time! Hope to return!

Stayed for 10 days in December and it was a wonderful experience. Erin and Kelly were great hosts, house was clean, well-appointed, well-maintained. Even had christmas decorations up which was a great touch. The whole backyard and heated pool were an amazing private oasis and the proximity to the beach was great.
