Sea-view apartment with terrace and breathtaking garden

Bright and cozy apartment in the Solaro district, located inside the Residence Nereidi. Situated in a hilly area with an excellent sea view and, as the name suggests, beautifully sunny.

The Residence features an outdoor swimming pool open only during the summer season, from mid-June until mid-September (depending on weather conditions).

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a combination grill-microwave oven, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a garden terrace with a 360-degree sea view where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The residence offers an outdoor pool, a game room with foosball and ping-pong, a multi-purpose common room with a TV, and a children's playground.
The apartment is equipped with satellite and cable TV, free Wi-Fi, private indoor parking close by within the residence, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a washing machine, bed linen, bath linen, and towels.

Inside, you will find all the necessary amenities to spend your holiday in total comfort. All utilities are included in the price. We preferably welcome families or couples.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and is €2.00 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
Please leave the tax amount in cash on the table or inside the yellow and green flower box before departure.

Please make sure to respect the pool regulations regarding opening hours.
Swimming is allowed only in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM when the lifeguard is on duty. For hygiene reasons, swimming caps are mandatory.
