Enjoy your stay while you’re in town cheering on the Dawgs, attending a wedding at the Taylor Grady house, or just enjoying Athens. Restaurants, bars and spas are just blocks away. Sanford Stadium is an enjoyable a 1.2 mile walk through downtown Athens and UGA North Campus. Thursday night FREE with a Fri + Sat game weekend booking.

One of my favorite rentals ever! Sarah was an amazing hostess who thought of every detail, and the space was just perfect for our group. Easy walk to downtown, comfortable beds, tons of space to spread out. This is one of those places I wish I could keep a secret because I loved it so much! We will be back!

Simply Perfect!!

The location cannot be beat, the guest home is beautiful and felt like we were staying in a garden in England. The host family is so kind and helpful. We will stay again when we visit our daughter at UGA!

Perfect Athens VRBO!

This is a beautiful basement apartment with a great location in downtown Athens! The hosts were warm, welcoming, super helpful with restaurant recommendations and were easily accessible for communication before and during our stay. They provided coffee, snacks, and even a toothbrush when someone in our party forgot theirs. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location near downtown Athens!

Beautifully decorated suite with plenty of windows and natural light. Plenty of room for our family to be more than comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed, including comfortable beds and linens, snacks and beverages from our host. The entertainment room was an added bonus and very much enjoyed during our stay. Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Perfect Place for Graduation

This almost looked too good to be true in the pictures. This VRBO is fantastic. It is much bigger than appears in the photos. The owners are wonderful. Location is perfect. An awesome way to end four years of going to Athens. I just wish I had thought about renting it more before now instead of getting hotel rooms.

Lovely Unit Close to UGA

Gorgeous home with private rear entrance. Safe neighborhood and easy uber ride to campus and down town. Highly recommend. The beds were very comfortable and the TV situation was excellent. The kids enjoyed the theatre room with the comfy chairs. Well thought out.

Fabulous Location

We stayed here for our daughters graduation and a football game weekend too! It was great! Lots of room and fabulous location! We walked to downtown and the stadium and it was so easy! Will definitely be returning! Would be nice to have an ice maker...maybe just one that sits on the counter! :)

Georgia-Auburn game

Perfect location and size for our group! We have one daughter that went to UGA and one that attends Auburn so both had friends join us for a great weekend. Easy to walk to downtown. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved all the TV's to watch football. Owners so nice and helpful. Would rent again. Wish I knew of this house when my daughter was attending UGA!

Fantastic location, beautiful property

The location of this property is fantastic. It's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, shops, downtown Athens, UGA campus and Stanford football stadium. The unit itself is the basement level of a beatifically restored antebellum home with plenty of large windows and great natural light (but also great curtains to keep out the light in the morning!). It's unique in that it has all the perks and amenities of new construction with the character and history of a restored home. There are so many interesting pictures in the hallway showing the restoration process. The whole unit is beautifully, professionally decorated with no detail spared, including water bottles, coffee and snacks in the kitchenette and toiletries in the bathroom. The bedrooms and living spaces are spacious and very clean. The bedrooms and beds are comfy and good for sleeping. The theater room is an amazing perk, nothing like I've ever had in the many VRBOs we've stayed! There's a private side/back entrance with a private outdoor patio for the unit. The owners provided a binder with instructions and recommendations which were great. We enjoyed Big City Bread Cafe, the Grit and Seabear for meals (super close by) and got a few items at the Daily Groceries Co-Op a block away. The owners, Sarah and Chris, were fantastic, and we can't wait for our return trip! I highly recommend this property for any trip to Athens and the University of Georgia.
