The house is located at the gates of Montpellier and close to the beaches of Carnon and La Grande Motte, in an atypical place where reign the calm and the peace, between land and sea, with 2 steps of the pond of the Gold (site natural listed), known for its birds, egrets, flamingos, herons ... and its magnificent sunsets.
Pleasant for those looking for a simple and natural atmosphere without "fuss".
At the end of the dead end of a road, (no passage in front of the house)
2kms from the small town of Mauguio offering all shops and all services; Spanish place in the village with very nice restaurants.

Vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très confortable et parfaitement équipée, on se sent comme chez soi, le jardin est très agréable malgré la chaleur car très ombragé. Merci à Sylvie pour le potager. Les tomates étaient très bonnes !
