We had a wonderful Fall Break stay here with our family of four and our small pup. You really can’t beat the location. It put us right near Ruby Falls, Rock City, the zoo, and downtown/Aquarium activities. Being just down the street from Publix was a huge plus for quick snack runs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the layout gave us all plenty of space to relax at the end of the day.

The location was perfect. Easy access to downtown Chattanooga as well as Lookout Mountain. Our dog enjoyed the grassy areas adjacent to the property and the house was well stocked.

Guest booked and arrived. After being at the townhouse for one hour he left and sent us a message that he wouldn’t be staying there because he did not want to use the stairs. We advised him to call Vrbo and cancel the reservation in order to free up the days so it could be rebooked. We offered to refund any nights we were able to rebook.

Our stay was delightful. The two balconies were so special to have morning quiet time with a cup of coffee. Donna was very responsive and the layout was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen. The area felt safe and walkable with several sidewalks near to downtown. There was even a historical civil war marker adjacent to the property.

It was a lovely stay, and ideal for folks from two different households sharing a VRBO, since there are separate floors for the bedrooms. There were a lot of stairs, so not ideal for people with mobility issues. Also I set off the door alarm a couple of times by accident, which is a bit stressful. (Just re-enter the correct door code to get it to hush.) However, I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chattanooga.
