Stylish, modern, 2 bedroom villa set in a pleasant residential complex

Finished to a high standard, this is a fabulous 2 bedroom villa with all mod-cons.

It comes with everything you might need whilst on a self-catering break, including fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, coffee machine etc. The lounge has comfortable seating with a leather sofa and 2 separate chairs, there is a good TV package showing all UK and SKY channels including sports and movie channels. The villa offers use of a Bluetooth wireless speaker and Wifi is included in the price, and pool towels are included for your use.

The bedrooms are airy, the master having a kingsize double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds with air conditioning, which overlook the pool area. There is a separate family bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside, the villa has large sun terrace which wraps around the rear of the villa, 4 comfortable sun loungers, external dining area which is situated under the terrace just next to the coal BBQ. The pool is a good size at 7 x 3 meters and has roman steps, it can be electrically heated in the cooler winter months.

Tennis courts are available within the gated complex and can be used free of charge by our guests.

Thank you so much for our stay. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The kitchen was well equipped, 2 clean bathrooms and bedrooms and great pool. A very professional service from the management company. Would definitely book with them again.

Fantastic Villa!!!!

Stayed in this villa in July and it was superb. The villa is very modern and has been furnished to a high standard. Everything you require for a holiday is available. The villa was spotless when we arrived. We have stayed in villa's in Playa Blanca many times before but nothing comes close to this villa. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Spacious Villa

Wonderful spacious villa providing everything you may need from kitchen utensils to goggles and games. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms are so beneficial, so are the two bathrooms! The pool was wonderful - we did as recommended and kept it covered if we were out for the day and at night, and it certainly kept the water warm. Large security safe in the main bedroom always useful to know. Allocated car parking space right by the front door and the villa is easy to find. Our only negative is it is a 20 minute walk to the centre but we did get used to it - probably helped burn a few holiday calories! Certainly recommend this villa - communication with the property manager was also excellent.

Fantastic villa with all the extras!

We was lucky to spend 2 weeks in this fantastic villa everything from the nice warm pool to the nice cool air-con bedrooms was great. Location was also good nice and quiet but only a 20min walk to town which is full of lovely restaurants. This villa had all the little things that make your stay so great. The beds are very comfortable and the sofas as well, the tv was great ( not that we had time to watch much) but we did eat in a few times and finished the night of with a good film! The outside table is well sheltered from the wind so evening meals were a dream, and the sun loungers are very comfortable I fell to sleep many times round the pool. The internet was also great it worked all the time and we had daughters streaming music most the time! The oven was a fan oven very clean along with all the pans etc felt very happy to cook un like some villas. All in all we hope to return next year and would only stay at this villa in this resort really can't praise this villa enough! 5 Star Villa

Relaxing weeks stay

This was our 7th visit to Lazarote and we've stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca and Villa Rosa Blanca was by far the best, a real home from home with everything you need. The villa and outside space was spotlessly clean, modern and the air-con in the bedrooms was a godsend as it was very hot! If we had to point out a negative, it would be the lack of air-con in the living room particularly when the wind drops. There was a portable floor fan which we used :) We had a query about the pool, spoke to the Property Managers and they arranged for the pool guy to visit the same day. Communication from original booking (should have stayed over Christmas 2021 but Covid restrictions put pay to that!!) and having to change the dates, to organising extra items in the welcome pack, they have been incredibly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Any queries were answered promptly. The villa is located approx. 15 min walk from the centre of Playa Blanca or a short taxi ride. We enjoyed the walk back of an evening, embracing the Lanzarote breeze and walking off our dinner! The little supermarket is a 5 min walk from the villa, which we used for water and milk and then got the main shop from the Hiper Dino near the bus station. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends and family. Thank-you for a fabulous stay. Until next time :) Shane, Jo & Erin

Communication prior to holiday was amazing; A1 Villas answered email queries extremely quickly and were very helpful when it came to moving holiday due to pandemic. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need and everything is of a high standard. The pool was an ideal size for our party and the pool area was lovely with the shaded patio area allowing respite from the sun if wanted. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again in the future

Excellent villa

Our 2nd visit to villa Rosa , quite area about 15 min stroll to Playa Blanca €4.50 taxi ride , clean modern really top class tv package good beds warm pool ideal for 2 people, fitted to a high standard throughout, would highly recommend this villa , if I have 1 criticism I’d love a bit of greenery in the outside space but that’s just me , a1 villas who manage the property are always available if you ever need them ,10/10

Perfectly Relaxing Holiday

Quality Throughout

At this property we had a 10 night stay which was better than we had ever imagined. Property was modern, clean, well furnished with comfortable seating and nice decor. Kids loved the heated pool which really made a difference as most of the pools on the island are freezing. Comfortable beds with clean linen, great also to have a washing machine and 2 hair dryers. Nice quiet area as we had no one on either side for most of the stay. Car is recommended for going in and out of town but merely a 2 minute drive away, it can be reached on foot but our kids were too small to do this every day. Overall would thoroughly recommend and for sure would return to this villa.

Perfect for two couples

Great villa. Well furnished and equipped. Spotlessly clean. Good location to get to playa blanca centre. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Picky criticism - need to update mattresses on super comfy sun beds.

Great modern villa.

Located in a community of similar villas it was easy to find from our directions. The villa was spotlessly clean and a lovely welcome pack greeted us. The two bedroom are at opposite ends of the villa which suited us perfectly, both with aircon, double with en-suite and the twin with bathroom next door. Lots of space in kitchen, lounge and hall area. Outside there's plenty of terrace for sun bathing and bbq area, the pool was a little smaller than other villas we've stayed in but for us (2 Adults 1 Child) it was perfectly adequate.

Excellent holiday

We arrived late at night and had one thought “ a cup of tea” so to find milk, tea and even a bottle of wine was a great start to our holiday. The villa was beyond are expectations. An added bonus was that our 5 year old grand daughter, who lived in the pool, is well on the way to learning to swim.

Lovely vila

Beautiful villa all mod cons swimming pool a real plus. The only down side is the distance from the marina a walk into playa blanca takes about 25-30 mins however the marina is a good 45 mins which becomes tiresome. A taxi is about 6 euros, but there was often a long wait 20-25 mins at the taxi rank. A car is a definite advantage for supermarket runs as there is only a tiny one close by and the larger one is a trek with bags/bottles of water etc.

The property delivered in all accounts. Beautifully decorated, quality fitments, furniture and even full length mirrors. Everything you can think of to self cater fully which we enjoy doing. I'd like to take the kitchen home! Quality China, plenty glass ware, pots and pans and every handy plastic you could think of and even ice packs ready and waiting. Beds extremely comfortable and loads of storage. Air con essential and worked a treat and of course the pool which was cleaned regularly with again quality patio furniture. Welcome pack appreciated also. I would say car absolutely essential if you have small children or infirm adults as the walk although 20mins to Playa Blanca is a little more off road than we anticipated. Villa is very private and our mid holiday clean and linen change was terrific. Sky TV package was an added bonus to watch the tour de France when we wanted some time out of the sun. Thank you for a lovely stay at your villa.

The villa was great had a wonderful time, it was very clean and modern would recommend it for all

We have never been on a winter break before so i was a bit apprehensive but now I can't wait to come back,the villa was amazing and the weather was fantastic playa Blanca was lovely, most evenings we went to marina rubicon it's such a nice place to get something to eat and walk around, during the day we went to flamingo beach and that's beautiful thanks for a lovely holiday we hope to come back soon

Fantastic

This is a wonderful villa. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Top end appliances and equipment, very stylishly furnished and comfortable beds. Huge TV with UK channels. Very comfortable outside with lots of space and a lovely warm pool. Quiet area to the north of the town. 20 minute walk into town. Playa Blanca has wonderful restaurants and a lovely coast path that will take you from the commercial port right along to the marina. Hire a car to see all the island has to offer. A trip to the north of the island is worth the effort especially the caves and Mirador Rio. We were a party of two couples and the villa was ideally laid out with a bathroom each either side of the living area. Clean and well maintained with excellent service from A1 Villas. Highly recommended and having found this piece of heaven we will be back. Suzanne - Visit 1 - 8 Feb 2016.
