Great house and location

We have nothing but good things to say about this house. Great location for our annual family vacation which is adult children, their partners and our toddler grandson. Loved the location. The pool was perfect! House was clean, perfect set up and size and lots of toys and fun things for adults and our grandson. Gina was excellent! We only have good things to say!

Great family escape

This home is wonderful! Close to everything if you need to go out, kids walked to beach a few times ultimately the pool was used most of the day by all ages. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook with extra of spices and other ingredients. Only issue we had was the family room tv second day we couldn’t get it to work, sure we could have reached out but we played board games instead. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this home!

Our family decided to make an impromptu trip to the area and requested the property on a Friday. We received quick acknowledgement of our stay beginning the following day (Saturday). Gina was an excellent communicator for all needed details for check-in, and it couldn't have been simpler. The neighborhood and location were wonderful, private, and quiet - I cannot emphasize the quiet part enough. We absolutely loved the property - clean, modern, close proximity to the beach, and a yard/pool perfect for my family to remain entertained throughout our stay. During our stay, we had an brief interaction with the maintenance crew, and they offered to assist and answer any questions to make our stay even better. Several neighbors were very welcoming as well. We will certainly be back for another stay!

Great house for a family vacation!

We rented for our family summer vacation this year. Gina was amazing helping us get booked and prepare for our stay at the house. The house is perfect for kids with a cozy bunk room, heated pool and close to the beach. The screened in patio was ideal for playing euchre and hanging out after the kids went to bed. We can’t wait to book our next family vacation!

Great place to stay with friends & kids

We loved the openness and layout of the living space. It was great the pool was fenced and covered and there was plenty of yard for the kids to play in. We also loved being able to walk to the lake and playground and it’s an easy drive into New Buffalo. We did have an issue with the tv, but Gina went above and beyond with providing us with an alternative! Highly recommend!

Great house in a perfect location

This house was perfect for our group of ten! The house was in great shape and located in a very nice part of Grand Beach. There is also no one better to help set up your trip than Gina. She is great with communication prior to your check-in and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. I definitely recommend this house!

Great house and location!

We stayed here with 6 kids and 6 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoy the screened in porch at night.

Great house great pool great sunsets. Only disappointment was the condition of the beach. Had to drive to other beaches for the little ones to swim Enjoyed our vacation. Gina was extremely helpful! Nice working with her!!

From the moment we walked in it felt like home

We rented this home for a small get together with friends. It couldn't have been more perfect! Great layout for entertaining a group of people or a big family, but also cozy enough for a get-a-way for a couple. It's decorated beautifully and we honestly felt like we were at home from the minute we walked thru the door. Very comfortable beds and great linens/towels. Lake Michigan is only a few steps away. We walked the lake shore a few times...actually looks like the ocean! New Buffalo and many of the surrounding towns are only a short drive. Lots of antique stores and cute shops in each. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area and several great options for food delivery to the house as well. We also cooked breakfast and dinner at the house a couple of times. Plenty of quality pans, utensils and small appliances available. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back. Especially during the warmer months as we didn't get to use the pool...yet!
