Less than 10 minutes from the beach and just next to the city center, this townhouse of 90m2 is quiet in the heart of the city.
from the historic district. It includes an entrance, a dining room and living room with its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace and not overlooked with a plancha. The master room of nearly 18m2 is located on the first floor and the large bathroom with shower toilet and washing machine; and finally two rooms on the second floor, a large one of 17m2 and a smaller one of 12m2. The house is equipped with wifi with tv via internet, as well as a dock of bluetooth harman and cardon.

GemĂŒtliches Haus in guter Lage von FĂ©camp

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. FußlĂ€ufig ins Stadtzentrum, zum Strand, Hafen, Carrefour und zum Palais BĂ©nĂ©dictine. 3 Schlafzimmer waren fĂŒr uns perfekt, die KĂŒche wie beschrieben recht klein, aber funktionell. Wir sind vom Haus aus ĂŒber die SteilkĂŒste bis nach Yport gewandert mit Zwischenstopp am Strand mit zwei WasserfĂ€llen und einem gestrandeten alten Boot, sehr empfehlenswert!Danke fĂŒr alles, MickaĂ«l und Vincent

Ausgezeichnete, liebevoll eigerichtete Unterkunft fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Erkundungen.Viele Treppen -sowohl im Haus und in der Umgebung- erklommen, viele Fußwanderungen zum Hafen/Strand etc., da alles fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen war, selbst im Carrefour mit dem Hackenporsche eingekauft.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend.

Schönes Haus - zentral in Fécamp gelegen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es handelt sich tatsĂ€chlich um ein komplettes Reihenhaus mit schönen Schlafzimmern und gerĂ€umigem Bad. Die KĂŒche ist sehr klein, und auch die Terrasse ist etwas beengt, aber das ging alles aus dem Inserat hervor. MickaĂ«l und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und FĂ©camp mit den tollen KĂŒstenabschnitten und auch seinem Museum wirklich eine Reise wert.

Ferienhaus zwischen Innenstrand und Strand

Das Ferienhaus liegt mittig zwischen Innenstadt und Strand von Fecamp. Der Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und bieten ausreichend Platz fĂŒr fĂŒnf Personen. Leider haben das Bad und insbesondere die KĂŒche einen gewissen Renovierungsstau. Wir haben daher die KĂŒche zum Kochen gar nicht genutzt und sind immer ins Restaurant gegangen.

Friendly host, pleasant stay

The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the VĂ©loroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent week-end du 31 dĂ©cembre. La maison est trĂšs confortable trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e, on s’y sent trĂšs bien. Elle est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle est proche du centre-ville et des rues commerçantes, proche aussi de la plage. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil. On ne peut que recommander trĂšs vivement cette location, d’ailleurs je pense que nous y retournerons dĂšs que possible !
