Gulf Front with Balcony- Perdido Pass-Affordable

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats come in Perdido Pass or take a short walk along the boardwalk and stroll the sugar white sands of Orange Beach. This is a small complex with only 21 units which cuts down on a lot of noise and traffic. Across the street is San Roc Cay marina which has shops, restaurants, charter fishing, and boat slips.

The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops with a modern, sleek tile black-splash. The condo is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. There is a bunk area with 2 small bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex. The complex has an elevator.

The complex is a gated community. There is a gas grill for guests to use.

The complex has a nice, large pool.

Minimum age is 25 to rent.
Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit.

The condo was great. We frequent Orange Beach/Gulf Shores several times a year for vacations and work trips. We have stayed in many complexes all along the coast and were very pleased with this unit. It is a low density complex and nicely furnished unit. Check in and communication were very easy. We loved being so close to the pass and the beach not being very crowded at all due to the small complex. While the complex is aged, you wouldn’t know it from this unit. It fit our needs to a T, and we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the location especially the balcony. Host was very responsive to a few minor issues. The view is fantastic. Loved watching boats in the passage and people watching. Good location for food and drinks. Bed is very comfortable. Pool area is nice. And the elevator is helpful moving in and out with supplied carts.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The beach area wasn’t nearly as crowded as the areas with the large condo buildings and the location was great! The unit was perfect for myself, my daughter and grandkids. The pool area was great and the boardwalk to the beach convenient. We were pleased there were plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. If I were to make a recommendation it would be to add a couple of chairs with backs on the balcony. The small table with stools is nice but not comfortable to sit for a long period of time to read or have coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

We stayed for one week. Never thought that one trash bag would only be provided. Not even the "starter" kit of one 2 dishwasher pods or 2 laundry pods was included. No hot pads or any type of spices (we've stayed in warmer places they won't get effected). Toilet was not clean and many updates are needed.

My two young boys and I took a much needed trip and had the best time. Everyone we met was so nice, the beach was not crowded and lots of families were present. The room was excellent and the pool taken care of. Will definitely be back!
