1990s Cape Cod in Upstate NY

This is a Cape Cod style home built in 1994. Recently under new ownership and not fully furnished, as we are about to undergo a significant renovation. Close to Taconic State Parkway. Near Dutchess County Fairgrounds, Sloop Brewery, Suarez Family Brewery, and the Dutchess County Wine Trail. Rhinebeck is a 15 minute drive away and offers fine and casual dining, an independent film theater, and Beekman Arms, the oldest Inn in America.
