This 2 bedroom vacation rental has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.
The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi and bluetooth sound system.
The large sunny balcony enjoys sea, pool and mountain views and is equipped with rattan dining furniture for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, fridge and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in power shower, towels are provided. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.
Air-conditioning has been installed throughout the apartment and is operated by a meter, should you require it. There is also a safety deposit box.
This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.
Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

Lovely stay here. Apartment was clean and well presented. Around the complex was also clean ad well maintained. Huge tv with lots of channels and although instructions left on how to get UK chanels we still struggled to get them, a quick call to Dean very quickly sorted that out. Beds were very comfy and it was lovely and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again

Great location/modern & very well equipped.

Fabulous kitchen & bathroom. Modern and has everything you need. Steps up to the property may be an issue, particularly with a heavy suitcase, but once inside the view and surroundings are amazing. Despite being right in the midst of hundreds of bars and restaurants it was very quiet at night. We walked for miles each morning on brilliant sea front walkways - we loved it all. Great communication with property host, very accommodating with early check in. Hopefully we will be back.

Lovely property in great location. Clean and well presented with great sea view. Located on a private centrally located complex. There are a large number of steps leading up to the property which may be an issue for less able visitors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would use again.

Great view and location

Las Tabaibas is a great wee complex to stay in, straight across from the beach and everything you need is close to hand.South west view, so, sun all day on the balcony and you can watch the sun set from there.Chair and sofa were comfy enough and the beds are always to folks liking (a bit on the soft side for me personally). Shower was fine, no issues with pressure and the kitchen is kitted out enough to get by for the odd night in. We normally book on the front row of apartments looking directly onto the strip, and were a little sceptical with booking a tad further in, but we actually appreciated it more as it is much quieter.We would (and probably will) book again, so I suppose that really is what counts.

This apartment is special …… the balcony is large, private and with a breathtaking view. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had super comfy beds. The bathroom was spacious with a great walk in shower. The resort feels safe, friendly and is clean ….. the apartment is just across the road from the beach and lovely promenade and there are plenty of sun beds. Yes as in previous reviews …there are steps up to the apartment but my friend and I are in our sixties and didn’t have a problem….. it’s worth it to stay here trust me!

Lovely 2 bed apartment, second time staying in here and 3rd time staying on the complex all you for a great stay. Situated near the end of the strip so quiet enough for staying but close enough to all the restaurants and shops and just across the road from the beach. There are quite a few steps to the apartment so not recommend if have mobility issues otherwise it’s brilliant and have great sea views from balcony. Dean (property manager) is great and local and only quick message/call away if needed. FULLY RECOMMENDED

I have stayed in this complex on four occasions now and can say with confidence that it is one of the very best in the resort. Very close to a huge number of restaurants and bars but you are not aware of any noise while in the complex. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including every uk tv chanel if you fancy night in with a glass or two, and the views from the balcony are fantastic. Dean, the property manager, was really helpful and responded to any queries promptly. Highly recommended

Excellent apartment with everything you require for a self catering holiday. Views from balcony are tremendous. Perfectly situated for all the restaurants and bars on the strip and the beach is directly across the road. Dean always on hand for any minor issues that arose. Only negative point for us (as senior citizens) was that the complex was quite hilly with a lot of steps to climb. However, the views from the balcony more than made up for this.

The apartment was nice and bright and clean. It’s situated very high up so either a very steep hill Or lots of stairs to reach it. We are relatively fit but when you’re climbing up with bags of shopping it was a lot so not ideal,The pool area was also clean but the chlorine in the pool was extremely strong and my eyes were stinging really badly after being in which meant I did not utilise as much as I would’ve have liked so most likely not to return.

This apartment is one of the best you will find in Lanzarote. Ideally placed for all bars/restaurants/shops and beaches. Old town nearby too, for some great restaurants. The apartment itself is fantastic, very modern, clean and the rooms are a perfect size.; shower is superb as is kitchen area. Beach towels provided which is a bonus, as are the sun loungers. TV with Sky and BT sports means you'll never miss a game too! The views are excellent, as per the photos and it really is a home from home, amazingly quiet considering how close to the Avenida it is. You may find slightly cheaper apartments on this complex, but I would highly recommend this one. Dean was excellent to deal with too. A perfect relaxing week. Will look to stay here again, but will need to book early I think as it is very popular!

Apartment E25 We will not be returning to this apartment I am afraid to say. Booked due to the apartment having air conditioning. This did not work from day one. This was one of our main requirements when choosing the apartment. We were told they were waiting on parts…they never arrived. We were compensated to the first two days. The owners bought a mobile air conditioning unit. This was left with us to put where we thought it was best suited. The unit had to be near a widow to allow the hot exhaust air out which meant the main living area was the only suitable place to have it, meaning moving the kids’ mattresses into this area to sleep on the floor when it was really warm. Sky TV which was advertised as being available did not work. We had planned to watch the odd sporting event in the evening when getting in late from the beach. One aspect of the pool area that needs to be resolved is that no parasols are provided for shade. Temperatures well above 35 Celsius and there was no shade. I had to ask for one to be provided so that my kids could sit under one. We basically did not use the pool area too much because of this issue however the beach was very convenient and the sea is crystal clear. Puerto del Carbon itself was very nice, great beach with parasols and lot of great food options.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Deans Apartment sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Obwohl die Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe waren war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Die Apartmentanlage selber ist sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten den Pool für uns an manchen Tagen ganz alleine. Wir empfehlen Deans Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter.

Perfect Apartment

We have just returned from a week’s stay in this Apartment. After 12 years of staying in Lanzarote over New Year I can honestly say this is one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in. An excellent location, great for a walk into the Old Town and pretty much in the heart of the strip with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. Once you step off the main drag to walk back up to the apartment it is very quiet. The apartment is spacious, very modern and comfortable. A gorgeous sunny view that you can sit and watch for hours. A good selection of UK channels if you can draw yourself away from the view and a Bluetooth speaker to play your own selection of music. A note to be made is that there are a lot of steps to the apartment, but this is typical with PDC and allows the great view but a point to make if you aren't so mobile. I would love to come back in the Summer to see if the pool ever warms up, you don't see many people in it (I went in once and got straight out again), we decided to use the beach as the sea was warmer and only a few minutes’ walk across the road. It would be nice to have lounger cushions to use by as the sunbeds by the pool are a little uncomfortable. Dean was always on hand to ask questions and he replied very promptly and very helpful. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Komfortable Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist von Lage und Einrichtung her sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Geschäfte, Bushaltestelle, Strand in direkter Nähe und trotzdem recht ruhige Lage. Kontaktloser Check-in. Der Pool war im Dezember zumindest viel zu kalt (Hinweis vom Vermieter: „vielleicht ist ja das Meer wärmer“). Deshalb haben wir auch die vier versprochenen Sonnenliegen und den Schirm nicht gebraucht (beides in unserer Woche nicht vorhanden). Man kann aber die alten Liegen ohne Auflage am Pool nutzen.
