This beautiful 5 bedroom/5 bathroom vacation home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. This home has its own private pool and spa to enjoy after a long day touring the busy parks and attractions. The relaxing and peaceful location coupled with the home's modern décor create the perfect backdrop for an amazing and memorable family vacation. A fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with new appliances provides the perfect setting for creating your family's favorite meal, or simply a gathering spot to sit and relax as you discuss your favorite attractions of the day. You will fall in love this new vacation home that's fully equipped with all the necessary amenities that you will need while on vacation.
Kitchen appliances include: microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, stove top with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, as well as a washer and dryer. Additionally, bed linens, pool and bath towels, toilet paper, a small bar of soap in each bathroom, as well as garbage bags in each garbage can. Please note, our vacation home rentals are all self-catering. Starter items placed in the home are complimentary, however, additional items may need to be purchased based on your personal needs. Great house, but surrounded by traffic

Disney vacation with two families. The house was the perfect size and there were more than enough bathrooms. The pool was in a great location where adults could watch the kids while they swam. The driveway only allowed for one car but there was ample parking around the neighborhood. The house was close to the community pool. The only "issue" we experienced was the commute to Disney would take 40 plus minutes each way, but this may have been due to the season (spring break). We would definitely stay in this house again!

Spacious and very nice home

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks - everything you need is there for you - all kitchen needs, pool towels, strollers, playpens, etc. The owner is very punctual when I contacted her for any concerns. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting a spacious home for family with kids. My only comment for improvement is that the home requires some minor upkeep like checking toilet pressure and some more thorough cleaning on patio doors and under furniture but otherwise excellent.

Spring Break 24’

The vacation home was exactly as advertised. First night we couldn’t get the TVs to work but we realized we just needed to log in. The parking somewhat sucked a little only because it’s not labeled for each house so basically you park wherever you see a spot. Location is great, Not too far from Disney. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely book again.

Great vacation

Great location. We didn’t use the clubhouse much because we were so content with the amenities we had at the house. Def recommend adding heating to the pool and hot tub. Our kids spent 7 hours straight the one day swimming. Great place. Would stay again!

Great stay!

The house is as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time. Overall, recommended this place but wont be staying at Solterra anymore. The parking is less than ideal and the facilities arent as nice as they used to be.
