Downstairs is a lounge with large screen TV & gas fire, a full kitchen plus ½ bath. Upstairs bedroom includes 180º wrap-around balcony and adjoining en suite with separate shower and bath. Apt.126 also has a off-street parking, a private entrance, a private terrace for outdoor dining, a "morning coffee" patio and a 180º balcony off the bedroom w/ a view over Guthrie Park’s green space.
